陈冠勋：联邦政府应继续同等对待各源流教育
砂拉越人民联合党中央教育局主任拿督陈冠勋表示，砂人联党欣慰财政部长扎夫鲁同意拨款5800万令吉给拉曼大学学院，华社乐见其成，也深信这笔拨款将能惠及该大学无数华裔学生，大大减轻学生家长的经济负担。 “我们深信，随着财政部恢复给拉曼大学教育拨款，而且是直接从高教部拨给该大学，也结束过去两年希盟政府锐减拉曼大学教育拨款课题的争议，我们希望接下来拉曼大学和相关管理层，能将重心放在提升教育努力上，确保该大学能继续为国家培育人才。” 他指出，人联党向来对教育发展持两种鲜明立场。第一，支持政府对任何能促进或提升国家教育培训机构，给予资源资助。第二，不能将教育政治化，避免学生沦为最终受害者。 遗憾的是，希盟政府上台后，频频向教育领域开刀，拉曼大学作为培育人才的重要教育摇篮，从1969年到2018年都获得政府拨款资助，可是希盟政府却向它开刀，拨款甚至减少到100万，虽然之后在华社施压和补选惨败后，希盟补发另外4000万，然而该笔拨款却是转交给第三方。这根本是没有诚意，也不是真正要协助教育发展。 陈冠勋说，除了拉曼，希盟政府对砂拉越境内许多残旧学校需要维修也持漠不关心态度，教育事务原本就属於联邦政府，维修残旧学校更是联邦政府不可推卸的义务和责任，可是当时的财政部长林冠英语气傲慢要砂政府先缴付之前的欠款，之后才会拨款维修砂拉越的残旧学校。 “希盟政府已经将教育当成他们对付政敌讨价还价的筹码和工具，彻底偏离教育不能政治化的原则。” 他希望在首相丹斯里慕尤丁领导下的联邦政府，能一视同仁关照各源流教育的发展，确保马来西亚的教育体制持续百花齐放，继续为国家培育更多英才。
陳超耀：人联党来届州选出战20席
砂拉越人民联合党中央秘书长拿督陳超耀律师强调，该党在来届砂州选会出战20个传统议席，包括欧巴、曼旺、英吉利里、都东及巴旺阿山。 陳超耀今日发文告说，砂人联党早前已经表明会出战20个议席，迄今仍坚持这个立场。 “这些年来，砂人联党一直马不停蹄在所有出战选区基层活动，与社区合作带动经济及环境发展，尤其是福利及生活津贴向来都是主要课题的乡区。” 他对砂政党联盟其他成员党给予的积极反应及支持感到欣慰，并认为砂盟成员党之间的合作精神及情谊是值得鼓舞的。砂人联党坚信这是砂盟持续壮大的主要基础，继续实践捍卫砂拉越及砂人民权益的目标。

As more businesses and social activities shifted online due to COVID-19 pandemic, there is a rise of not only sexual harassment, but cyberbullying, scam, spreading of fake news and hacking, said SUPP woman Chief, Kho Teck Wan. 陈超耀：禁销售酒不符大马多元国庆
砂拉越人民联合党中央秘书长拿督陳超耀律师认为，伊斯兰党建议联邦政府暂停酒类生产销售，以避免酒后驾驶事件，并不符合马来西亚的多元国情。 他说，伊党再次罔顾大马多元社会的构造，不理会其他种族心声，强制要所有人接受他们的理念。 “伊党这边厢要求国盟政府成立涵盖不同部门的内阁特别委员会，研究酒后驾驶的课题，另一便厢却建议关税局及地方议会暂停酒类销售执照。” 陳超耀发文告表示，伊党的做法显示该党从单一角度去看待课题，该党应仔细研究，国内有多少宗车祸肇因是来自酒驾？他认同有部分车祸发生因素是酒精导致，但根据交通警察的常年报告，更多的车祸起因是人为疏忽因素。 在砂拉越，大多数发生车祸的交通工具不是汽车，而是摩托车。那是否应该要禁止摩托上路？ 他指出，世界各地都会发生酒驾导致车祸的情况，是否全世界都应该要禁酒，才能解决车祸发生的问题？我国已经有对付酒驾的严格法律，不能单单禁酒就能解决问题。 “国内大部分罪案是破屋行窃，这是全国各地普遍的罪案，经常在有地产业发生。这是否意味着我们必须禁止人民居住在有地房产，移居公寓？” 他认为，伊党不应该在没有全面考量全部因素下就发出声明。我国交通警察已经展开对付酒驾的行动，并将酒驾司机绳之以法，提控上庭及判处监禁，不能说目前的法律是宽松的。 他说，并非所有人喝酒时都会喝得醉醺醺，大多数人都会自制，在聚餐或谈生意时小酌。在一些先进国家，当酒吧业者发现有顾客喝醉时，他们可报警处理，或在团聚饮酒时，先提醒众人互相监督，不要酒后驾驶。 更何况，交通部长拿督斯里魏家祥已经保证，会提呈法案加强对酒驾刑罚，因此伊党无需过于仓促下定论。 根据我国法律，一旦酒驾，可罚款最高6000令吉或监禁最多12个月。或许，我们可以加倍刑罚，以起着阻遏的作用。同时，教育也是非常重要，通过不断的教育活动，可提升人们避免酒后驾驶的醒觉，关注自己身边人及路上道路使用者的安危。 “当局也可透过校园计划，向年轻一代培养责任感及安全驾驶意识。” 与此同时，政府也可考虑降低我国的驾驶人员血液酒精浓度（BAC）从现有0.08％至0.05％。大多数国家的标准都是0.05％。最重要是，执行法律必须有效及严厉，警方须在更多路障展开司机酒精及毒品检测。

美里人联党帮助小贩注册砂支付
砂旅游、艺术及文化部助理部长拿督陈超耀表示，在“我亲爱的砂拉越特别援助配套”中，已经向地方政府注册的小贩及小商家可获得总额2250令吉的援助金。 他说，砂政府将通过砂支付Sarawak Pay发放这笔援助金。他鼓励符合资格的小贩注册砂支付，方便砂政府發放援助金。 “欲申请特别援助金的小贩和小商家必须先和地方政府注册，获取临时的准证，申请截止日期为5月31日。” 陈超耀表示，卑尔骚支部今早连同砂人联党埔奕支部、美里市政局与砂拉越支付美里授权代理商团队在珠巴10号路菜巴刹设置的砂拉越电子钱包柜台，协助小贩注册砂支付个人商业户头。 他指今日是第一站，他们会陆续前到其他菜市场设立柜台，协助消费者和小贩启用和注册电子钱包，鼓励更多民众、小贩及商家使用砂支付。
石角区路灯安装计划完成
随着石角金珠盛安装路灯工程完成后，砂拉越政府已完成现阶段在石角地区安装路灯计划工程，方便民众夜间行走。 在这项计划下，石角区议员拿督斯里沈桂贤在石角超过10个地区安装将近700盏路灯，斥资将近50万令吉。 原本金珠盛地区的安装路灯工程是在今年3月底落实，但受到新冠肺炎趋势下，所实施的行动管制令影响，导致有关工程延迟到上星期才落实。 随着该地区路灯的落实，现阶段石角各个地区都安装了路灯，未来若某些地区若需要增设路灯，当局将会依据实际情况和需要增加。 路灯发展计划，是石角民众多年来希望获得的发展计划，2016年沈桂贤中选为该地区人民代议士后，就将它纳入发展议程，随后他向砂首长拿督巴丁宜阿邦佐哈里表明，需要特别拨款来提升石角地区的路灯设施，而获得首长的认同和批准。 工程从2019年开跑，第一阶段安装120盏，涉及的地区包括石角下沙垅、甲港和德沙威拉等，而第二阶段则包括罗知港、新山肚及味源港等多个地区，第二阶段安装575盏路灯涉及超过15个地区。 沈桂贤表示，石角路灯发展计划不是到此为止，只是基于地区广大，那些转弯或比较危险的地区，而且已有电线柱的地区优先安装。至於那些没有电线柱，但有需要路灯的地区，会另安排。
