陈超耀:峇当鲁巴大桥工属砂政府自资落实
砂人联党中央秘书长兼砂旅游部副部长拿督陈超耀,严厉谴责脸书专页“ASM Network”散播不实讯息,错误将峇当鲁巴大桥工程归功于“昌明政府”,误导公众。 他指出,该脸书专页拥有约4万6000名追踪者,具一定影响力,更应负责任地发布经过查证的资讯,而不是公然传播假新闻,混淆人民视听。 他澄清,峇当鲁巴大桥计划是在前首相拿督斯里纳吉时代获得批准,惟2018年联邦政权更替后,却遭前朝希盟政府取消。 “在计划遭取消后,砂政府仍决定自行承担拨款,继续推动工程落实,以确保砂人民,尤其沿海地区居民受惠。” 也是卑尔骚区议员的陈超耀今日发文告表示,峇当鲁巴大桥全长约4.8公里,耗资约8亿4800万令吉,是目前全国最长的跨河大桥之一。该工程属于砂拉越沿海大道网络及第二主干道计划的重要组成部分。 “峇当鲁巴大桥工程是由砂拉越政府推动的重要基础建设计划,并非联邦政府所谓的‘昌明政府计划’。有关方面不应为了政治宣传而扭曲事实,甚至盗取砂政府的发展成果。” 他指出,由砂总理拿督巴丁宜阿邦佐哈里领导的砂政府,多年来持续推动砂拉越基础建设发展,包括道路、桥梁、港口及公共设施建设,以加强区域交通连接及带动地方经济发展。 陈超耀认为,媒体与社交媒体平台应负起责任,在发布资讯前应先查证内容真实性,而不是为了流量或政治目的而散播不实讯息。 “人民有权知道事实真相,任何企图混淆事实、误导人民,甚至抹杀砂政府贡献的行为,都必须受到谴责。” 他也呼吁民众提高警惕,不轻易相信及转发未经证实的网络消息,以共同遏止假新闻传播。
陈超耀:美里户外体育场有必要提升
砂旅游部副部长兼卑尔骚区州议员拿督陈超耀表示,美里户外体育场设施已逐渐老旧,部分跑道及训练区域出现坑洞,存在安全隐患,有必要展开全面检讨与提升工程。 他是今早巡视美里户外体育场后,接受媒体采访时如此指出。 他说,该体育场多年来一直作为美里运动员主要训练场地,也是培育本地及砂拉越代表选手的重要基地,许多运动员曾在此训练并代表州属及国家参赛。 他指出,尽管过往曾进行多次改善工程,但整体设施如今已不太适合运动员训练需求。 “这里不只是美里运动员训练场地,也培育许多代表砂拉越参赛的选手,包括参与学联及各类赛事的运动员。” 他表示,不少优秀运动员皆从这里走出去,包括著名的“飞行达雅人”等,因此设施有必要进一步提升。 陈超耀指出,他目前已拨出60万令吉作为提升用途,原本主要用于照明系统,但经实地巡视后发现,该笔拨款不足以应付整体维修与提升需求。 他说,目前部分跑道及跳高区域地面受损严重,甚至出现坑洞,运动员训练时存在跌倒受伤风险。 “今天到场了解后发现,除了照明系统,还有很多地方需要改善,因此必须重新规划。” 他透露,已要求公共工程局重新整理并提呈建议书,以申请特别拨款及额外乡区转型计划拨款,展开更全面的升级工程。 他说,该体育场约于40年前建成,虽曾多次改善,但现阶段有必要重新全面检讨设施需求。 他指出,该体育场目前仍是北砂区大型体育设施之一,不仅供美里使用,也惠及马鲁帝、实务地及北砂地区运动员,因此必须提升以应付日益增加的需求。 “健康非常重要,体育设施发展必须受到重视。”
