Proposal for upgrading of Bumiko sport facilities
Piasau State Assemblyman, Datuk Sebastian Ting has received a request from a friend for assistance to upgrade a basketball court in Bumiko Residential Area recently. 砂拉越人民联合党卑尔骚区州议员拿督陳超耀律师日前巡视美里Bumiko住宅区，了解该住宅区篮球场的情况。 他在现场与当地居民交流如何改善当地设施，他感谢居民们提供宝贵意见，他收集民意后，会设法提升该住宅区的设施。 居民们提出的意见包括为篮球场设立顶盖，以便能进行室内活动如太极气功、土风舞及聚会。居民也希望扩大现有的人行道，以及安装儿童游乐设施及户外运动设施。 陳超耀承诺会在本身明年度乡区转型计划拨款中，纳入上述计划的拨款经费。
行动党当政边缘化砂拉越
砂人联党石角支部代主席林亚德表示，砂行动党主席张健仁指责石角被边缘化，实际上是试图掩盖行动党在执政中央的22个月期间，剥削砂拉越和教育等多方面利益的丑陋形态。 他发文告说，民众非常知道行动党在执政期间是如何对待砂拉越，因此张健仁竭尽所能，将这些丑陋形态掩盖和扫入地毯，试图不让民众发现，好让行动党在即将来临的选举，重施故伎，骗取选票。 “过去将近5年，石角有没改变，当地民众最清楚，也无需张健仁睁眼说瞎话，张健仁今天之所以会指责石角，第一是不愿看到和不愿接受今天石角发展的成果，第二是替行动党前实丹彬国会议员陈国彬和前石角区议员周宛诗至今无法交出任职期间成绩单掩饰他们的无能。” 林亚德指出，如果张健仁真的想知道这些年石角有没发展，随时可以要现任石角区议员拿督斯里沈桂贤交出成绩单和细说发展事项。 他表示，张健仁在指责石角边缘化之际，应该扪心自问，到底是谁在边缘化石角？石角属於实丹彬国会选区之一州议席，从2018年至今，包括当中的22个月，张健仁又为这个地区带来了什么发展和变化。 他说，石角河滨公园原本是砂拉越与中央政府携手推行的发展计划，然而行动党执政后，希盟政府拒绝这些合作协议，数百万拨款没下来。 另外，石角短廊组屋化粪池和金珠路水供，这两项关系民众且已批准计划的发展计划，为何希盟政府要腰斩？张健仁为何不为石角人民发声争取？这是希盟政府剥削石角发展。 他指出，张健仁到今天不敢交待，为何选择性铺几条泊油路，而且工程素质非常差，更甚兴建华小厕所也没透过公开招标进行，结果衍生各种问题。 “张健仁盘踞古晋国会选区和哥打圣淘沙多年，然而他敢交出这些年他身为国州议员期间的发展计划吗？他有为这些地区带来改变吗？” 林亚德批评说，实际上，行动党在执政的22个月内，严重边缘化砂拉越的利益、教育和欺骗砂拉越人民。 第一，边缘化砂拉越利益：行动党没有兑现归还20%石油税、50%税务、没有归还医药自主权、取消数十项关系砂利益的发展计划及有意隐瞒不利砂拉越的修宪内容。 第二，边缘化教育：希望政府没有归还教育自主权、政府剥削华小校董会利益、强制推行爪夷文单元、砍掉以华裔为主的拉大教育拨款及同意不承认统考。 第三，欺骗选民：没有兑现砂人每年2000令吉、没有兑现统一独中与国中教师薪酬、没有兑现实丹彬选区路灯沟渠安装“黄金钻石”。 “我们希望行动党，诚实面对通过欺骗、不诚实手段骗取选票的事实。”

舒缓光同花园堵塞交通计划
石角区议员拿督斯里沈桂贤又将落实一项舒缓住宅区交通堵塞的交通发展计划。 新道路发展计划位于石角杨国斯路，即光同花园衔接到杨国斯主干道路，整个工程斥资43万5822令吉，工程耗时5个月，即今年10月开工，至明年3月。 原本这项计划于今年落实，但因为早前获得工程的承包商在得标后则放弃工程，导致市议会须进行新的投标程序。 光同花园是一个人口稠密的住宅区，居民每天面对因车辆众多引起的堵塞问题，导致民众不容易和费时将车辆转入杨国斯主干道路。 居民把这种情况向沈桂贤反映，经过实地勘察、研究与策划，沈桂贤向砂政府提出发展申请。 发展计划以公开招标进行，属於沈桂贤乡村转型发展计划下，由巴达旺市议会推行的发展项目之一。 一旦计划落实，该花园民众可以使用新建的道路连贯到杨国斯路，彻底解决因车辆众多引起的交通出口严重堵塞难题。 沈桂贤今日到上述地点见证巴达旺市议会移交工程合约给承包商，并听取工程简报，砂首长署政治秘书陈开也在场。

More upgrade roads for Batu Kawah residents
State Assemblyman, Batu Kawah, Dato Sri Dr Sim Kui Hian said 33 KM of kampung roads involving 600 residents under Sarawak Government “ProjecRakyat’s” kampung Roads has been upgraded at Segubang, Batu Kawah. The upgrading of the roads cost RM 3.3 million. Dr. Sim said since handling the contract to the successful contractor, the progress has been going well.
