Sarawak government urged to hasten BKSS for petty hawkers
The Sarawak Government announced in June its “Bantuan Khas Sayang Sarawak” (BKSS) 6.0 for petty traders. However, there are still many hawkers who have not received the assistance until August. 陈超耀欢迎从南砂跨县须检测的措施
砂旅游、艺术及文化部助理部长拿督陈超耀欢迎砂灾难管理委员会落实从南砂区跨区至其他县，必须获得警方的准证及进行聚合链反应（RT-PCR）或抗原快速检测试剂（RTK-Antigen），加强保障民众的健康安全。 他说，砂灾难管理委员会的这个决定，主要是确保人民的健康安全为考量，从南砂区跨区通过检查确保检测结果呈阴性才可通行跨区，保障冠病疫情传播蔓延到其他已晋入国家复苏计划第3阶段的中砂及北砂区。 拿督陈超耀是在甘榜鲁哇派发270套安全包（Safety Kits）予当地居民时发表以上谈话。每套安全包拥有50片防疫口罩、2粒肥皂及一瓶搓手液，目的是希望人民在冠病疫情期间，能够自我加强防疫意识，提倡健康生活。 陈超耀表示，北砂区与南砂区的冠病疫情相比，北砂区的冠病病例相当低，因此人民都对南砂区的冠病疫情感到担心，认为在现阶段有必要采取更严格的措施，即南砂区跨区必须进行冠病检测，在报告呈阴性及获得警方准证才可通行。 “我在之前接获许多美里人民反映，表示对德尔塔（Delta）变种病毒毒株的传染感到忧心仲仲，他们都认为应该限制南砂区跨区措施，借此避免在古晋传播的德尔塔变种毒株蔓延。” 也是砂人联党中央秘书长兼卑尔骚区州议员的陈超耀于本月20日发文告建议从南砂区跨区必须进行冠病检测措施，因此他感谢砂灾难管理委员会愿意接纳落实，加强跨区的防疫措施。

陈超耀建议邮政局协助办理援助金事务
砂旅游、艺术及文化部助理部长拿督陈超耀律师发文告建议，分布在全砂各地包括偏乡的大马邮局分行纳入协助办理政府援助金发放事务。此举是希望能纾缓国民储蓄银行各大分行领取援助金排队的人潮，也减少其他乡民必须跨县市领取援金的不便。 他昨日从社媒上对大批来自内陆区的居民摸黑，赶在凌晨4时前在银行外大排长龙，等候银行开门办理事务的帖文有感而发，提出在疫情非常时期，攸关人潮拥挤及聚集现象都应尽量避免。 陈超耀指出，每年政府援助金发放期间，国民储蓄银行外总是挤满尤其内陆居民，因为他们须以大马卡核对资料后，才能领取援助金，包括这次发放“我亲爱的砂拉越特别援助金”。 “原在本月援金发放初期，计划拜访国民储蓄银行高层商讨改善对策，但两大分行却因职员接触确诊者而被勒令关闭两周，美里市分行于本月23日才重开。” 他表示，受到防疫标准作业程序人流控管下，在有限服务时段内能办理领取援助金的人数也受限，他希望每个银行分行的运作时段延长至少2个小时，方便民众办理援金事项。 他强调，唯有管控好援助金发放事项，才能缓解聚集在国民储蓄银行外大批排队人潮。 同时，鼓吹砂援助金受惠者尤其内陆居民申办银行户头是希望在领取援助金的作业上更便利，也是倡导内陆人可以良好规划财务的教育目的。 “考量到尼亚石山与实务的受惠民众必须舟车劳顿来到美里申办开设户头，因为当地没有国民储蓄银行分行，所以我希望能有替代方案，建议通过大马邮局分行发放，可以让他们无需跨县市来到美里。” 他表明，大马邮局分行分布在全砂各大县市，砂政府包括联邦政府每次发放援助金时，可以通过邮局各分行发放，提供民众选择便利的同时，在疫情非常时期，避免人潮聚集也是杜绝病毒传播的最佳防疫方案。
