程明智：火箭有何资格批评内阁阵容？
砂人联党中央青年总团长程明智表示，砂行动党在自己执政中央时，并不在乎联邦分配给砂的职位，怎么现在就关心砂盟内阁职务了? 他说，首相依斯迈的联邦政府新内阁，是延续慕尤丁时代分配给砂盟4正部长和6副部长的职务架构，而且都是掌管重要的政府部门。 他表示，这和希盟执政的内阁阵容，只获得一位正部长和一位副部长有着天渊之别，虽然砂希盟当时有12名议员，却不被中央希盟重视，完完全全和彻彻底底将砂拉越边缘化，给个一正一副官职，也只是一种安慰。 “然而，对于这样的安排，行动党还沾沾自喜，身为行动党砂主席张健仁还说砂中央内阁代表人数多少并不重要，只要有能力办事。” 程明智发文告指出，张健仁身负砂希盟主席，却被委为一个副部长，一个连内阁会议都没法参与的职位，全砂行动党上下，还在为他欢呼。既然如此，砂盟获得4位正部长，行动党又有什么资格批评，况且新内阁并没有副首相这个职位。 他表示，行动党有42名国会议员，为何在希盟执政时，不敢争取做副首相？这难道又是行动党在顾及某族群的感受？又或者套用该党秘书长林冠英所言，行动党不视本身为华族代表？ 他说，张健仁以其批评新内阁是旧酒新瓶，不如呼吁林吉祥早日退休，以摆脱行动党数十年来，都是由林氏父子掌控的专制政治局面。
