罗东海边速建防浪堤

脚踏车潮玩运动场工程竣工

砂拉越旅游部副部长拿督陈超耀前往马宝园，视察当地篮球场的提升工程。 他说，此项工程通过乡区转型计划（RTP）拨款进行，总共耗资15万令吉，共包含5个主要项目，即加高篮球场地板4寸、地板重新上色、提升篮板、增设6盏LED照明灯、更换损坏的围篱等。 他称，工程严格按照标准进行，地板颜色和规格均符合要求，而美里篮球总会协助完成场地画线工作。 他说，过去因地板不平、积水及设施破损，导致该社区篮球爱好者面临诸多不便，球友向他寻求协助。如今篮球场得以提升，马宝园篮球具乐部也随之成立。 他称，场地采用了更为美观的颜色设计。工程为期4个月，但是因雨季影响，进度稍有延误，去年12月底全面完工。 他说，篮板更换及照明灯的增设将极大地改善球场设施，待电力局完成通电后，球场可开放至晚上9点。 他表示，马宝园篮球场完善，如今也吸引东姑村等地区的球员前来打球。未来，这里不仅可以供日常训练使用，还能举办社区篮球友谊赛，包括与山顶、罗东和联山花园等社区的联谊交流赛，进一步提高篮球使用率，推动区域篮球水平的发展，并加强居民间的联系。 他希望此项目能够助力打造美里成为健康生活方式的城市，为大人和小孩提供一个理想的运动场所，提高居民健康水平，促进社区和谐发展。
