SUPP Internal Working Committee of SKAS Engagement Session
There will be a Sumbangan Keperluan Asas Sarawak (SKAS) Engagement Session for Kuching area at Sarawak United Peoples’ Party (SUPP) Headquarter from Friday (24th January 2025) to Sunday (26th January 2025), said Political Secretary to Premier, Kho Teck Wan.
She said among the services that will be provided at the engagement session are the registration and troubkeshooting of Sarawak ID, Spay Glabal and SKAS. The engagement session will start at 8am till 5pm.
Currently there are more than 90 thousands eligible applicants who have yet to apply for the SKAS.
Officers from SAINs, Residence Office and District Office will be at the engagement session to help the eligible applicants.

“Ineligible individual are advices not to come to the engagement session. Appeal can be filed at the same sarawak government website starting February 2025 to 31st March 2025. Applicants must bring their smart phone and identification card to the engagement session. Only Anak Sarawak holding IC with letter K is eligible for SKAS, ” she added.
Recipient information is based on data from the Sumbangan Tunai Rahmah (STR) updated until Phase 4, 2024.
- Eligible recipients are categorized into three (3) categories below:
Category 1: Household (Isi Rumah)
- Married or Single Parent/Widow/Widower/Divorcee with dependents (children/parents);
- Monthly gross income of RM5,000 or below; and
- No age limit.
Category 2: Single (Bujang) - Single or Single Parent/Widow/Widower/Divorcee with no dependents;
- Monthly gross income of RM2,500 or below; and
- Single age between 21-59 years old or single Persons with Disabilities (PWD) aged 19 and above.
Category 3: Senior Citizens (Warga Emas) without spouse or children - Single or single Parent/Widow/Widower/Divorcee without children;
- Monthly gross income of RM5,000 or below; and
- Age 60 and above.
