陈超耀：明年度砂财案保障砂人民福祉
砂拉越人民联合党中央秘书长兼卑尔骚区议员拿督陈超耀律师恭贺尊敬的砂拉越总理拿督巴丁宜阿邦佐哈里昨日提呈以发展为导向，以乡村需求为重点的2023年砂拉越财政预算案，着重于基础设施发展及保障砂拉越人福祉。 他说，该预算案不仅是为2023年而制定，也为砂拉越2030年后冠病发展战略（PCDS2030），实现高收入经济奠定基础。 “2023年砂拉越财政预算案预计取得2亿3800令吉盈余，这是因为2023年估计收入为110亿零350万令吉，而预算案普通支出总额为107亿9700万令吉。砂拉越政府能为砂拉越提供如此庞大预算案，是因为砂拉越政府谨慎支出，以及拿督巴丁宜阿邦佐哈里在砂拉越财务独立上，展现卓越领导，成功争取庞大收入。” 陈超耀今日发文告说，这包括针对石油产品实施销售税，预计从原油、液化天然气和其他石油产品获得32亿令吉收入，以及石油和天然气特许权使用获取23亿3500万令吉收入。这意味着，从砂拉越石油和天然气资源中共获得55亿3500万令吉收入，这将是2023年财政预算案估计一半收入。 他表示，砂拉越总理推介11个战略重点，即实现经济繁荣、刺激经济增长、促进投资和企业发展、将砂拉越转变成具有竞争力的经济体、发展人力资本、加快数码应用和数据利用、平衡经济增长与环境可持续性、加强社会福利、加强文化、体育和青年发展、促进研发、科技和创新以及提高砂拉越政府服务传递能力。此外，明年财政预算为砂拉越房屋发展机构拨出5200万令吉，用于在美里、古晋、西连、木中、诗巫和沐胶落实21项可负担房屋项目。 他说，砂拉越政府也专注于可持续城市重建计划，提供可负担房屋，并配备各种基础设施、公用设施、社区礼堂以及与商业和休闲设施。砂拉越有数个地区被选为可持续城市重建计划，其中包括美里甘榜威爾勒斯（Kampung Wireless Miri）以及Padang Kerbau/Lopeng Miri。 “砂拉越政府积极推动旅游业发展，因为旅游业已被鉴定为砂拉越2030年后冠病发展战略重要经济支柱之一。在2023年砂拉越财政预算案也拨款1100万令吉加强航空连接、8700万令吉用于发展和提升旅游产品和设施、3500万令吉用于举办活动和庆典、1250万令吉用于支持国际商业活动、150万令吉用于加强砂拉越手工艺产品的营销和推广以及3200万令吉予砂拉越旅游局用于旅游营销和推广。” 陈超耀表示，除了昨日提呈的2023年砂拉越财政预算案之外，这次砂拉越议会会议也提呈5项政府法案。在这5项法案中，2022年砂拉越宪法（修正）（第2）法案以及2022年砂拉越未来主权财富基金法案是最为重要的。2022年砂拉越宪法（修正）（第2）法案是为了让砂拉越宪法与今年修订的联邦宪法反跳槽法一致，以阻止不诚实的民选代议士，为自己的利益而跳槽，导致民选政府倒台。 “在2018年7月13日的砂拉越议会会议上，我就已经提出设立砂拉越主权基金，确保即使砂拉越石油和天然气资源耗尽，后代仍能继续从石油和天然气收入中受益。” 他说，其中一个很好的例子是挪威，他们在1990年通过投资石油的收入开始设立主权基金。现在，他们的主权基金是世界上规模最大的基金，早在2017年就已经超过1万亿美元资产规模，而他们的人口只有535万人。如果换算成令吉，等于每个挪威人几乎都是百万富翁。 “砂拉越拥有约110亿桶石油量以及约56.4万亿标准立方英尺天然气储量。因此，通过砂拉越主权财富的未来基金进行适当和谨慎投资，能确保砂拉越人享有舒适生活。我们希望30年后，我们所有孩子和他们的孩子，也将成为百万富翁。因此，我们非常感谢尊敬的砂拉越总理提呈2022年砂拉越未来主权财富基金法案，我们希望所有代议士能全力支持并通过该法案。”
沈桂贤：尊重砂选民决定及立场

沈桂贤：火箭灵感破产
砂人联党主席拿督斯里沈桂贤批评行动党近期的“打法”（竞选方式），显示该党已经灵感破产（Idea Bankrupt）。 他在都东支部的一项新闻发布会上，表示要内部的团结才能够一致向外。 他表明诗巫的国会议席已经太久落在反对党手上。 沈桂贤表示，砂拉越的31位国会议员是由砂拉越人选出来的，因此是要代表砂拉越，而不是马来西亚，因为若是他们离开马来西亚，他们才代表马来西亚。 他称，国会议员都是优先为自己的选区争取，这是正常的。 他续称，医院、学校、道路与机场是属于联邦的，有些则是一半是联邦，一半是州的，如可负担的房屋等。
陈超耀拨款人行桥工程进入尾声
由砂旅游副部长拿督陈超耀拨款的15万令吉甘榜巴西兴建全长140公尺人行桥工程，目前已进入尾声即将竣工。 此项通过2022年乡区小型转型计划提出申请的拨款获批后，承包商于今年9月12日开始动工，在甘榜巴西尾端更新一座全长140公尺的人行桥设施，以方便村民出入。 拿督陈超耀是于昨日携同砂盟美里国会选区候选人彭小菶前往该村庄巡视，并且与当地村民交流。 他是于今年初在接获当地村民的要求后，即通过申请乡区小型转型计划拨款，协助当地村民修复已经陈旧的人行桥，方便村民出入，包括行动不便的村民。 当地村民感谢砂盟政府及陈超耀与团队们，为他们落实这座全新的人行桥基本设施。
