(A) STANDARD OPERATION PROCEDURE (SOP) PAKEJ BANTUAN KHAS SARAWAKKU SAYANG
- 50% discount will be given for the rental of market and stall under the Local Authorities
- Starting from 1 April 2020 up to 30 September 2020
- For those who have paid their rental in full, the amount paid will be credited for the payment of rental next year
- Market/stall/hawker permit/licence fees will be waived 100% for the year 2020.
a) Waiver only given to current year 2020 market/stall permit/license
b) Subject to licences with expiration date until 31 December 2020
c) For those who have paid their permit/license, the amount paid will be credited for payment of the permit/license next year
d) This waiver will not include any outstanding permit/license
3. Waiver of hotels and lodging houses license fee for the year 2020
- Apply to licensed hotels and lodging houses under Local Authorities
- For those who have paid their license fee, the amount paid will be credited for payment of the license fees next year
- This waiver will not include any outstanding license fee
(B) COMPLIANCE TO THE STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE (SOP) DURING CONDITIONAL MOVEMENT CONTROL ORDER (CMCO)
– Shopping Mall/Complexes will be responsible to ensure compliance of the SOP by their tenants as follows:
- Patrons of all outlets must practice social distancing;
- All workers including operators/cooks, stall helpers etc are to WEAR MASKS AT ALL TIMES
– Food Establishments, Coffee Shops & Food Outlets will be responsible to ensure compliance of the SOP as follows:
- All workers including operators/cooks, stall helpers etc are to WEAR MASKS AT ALL TIMES
- Patrons practice social distancing.
- Public must play their role to observe the SOP – Cooperate with premise owners.
- Public have a choice not to patronise premise that doesn’t follow SOP.
(c) NO HARI RAYA, GAWAI ‘NGABANG” THIS YEAR
- Sarawakians are reminded that they cannot go for ‘ ngabang’ (house –to-house visiting) during the coming Hari Raya Aidilfitri and Gawai Dayak Celebrations.
- Family members are allowed to be together within that day, with not more than 20 people (gathering at one place) during the festivities.
- Sarawakians should sacrifice from celebrating both festivities this year in order to curb the spread of Covid-19 within the community and families members.
