砂拉越其他宗教单位今日移交100万令吉给青山岩庙宇，用于扩建项目之用。 砂副总理拿督阿玛沈桂贤在该庙举行的简短仪式上，代表其他宗教单位将模拟支票移交给古晋福建公会主席拿督黄良杰。 仪式上黄良杰表示由于建筑材料价格上涨和其它各种因素，建筑成本已从冠病疫情爆发前初步估计的500万令吉飙升到900万令吉。 他说，受到冠病的影响，施工也被推迟，这进一步加剧了成本调整。 目前，他表示估计整个项目成本可能高达900万令吉，特别是因为寺庙内部工程需要复杂的工作。 “第一期工程预计今年6月竣工，二期工程则预计9月竣工。” 黄良杰希望该项目能够在2025年农历新年前完工并向公众开放。 “我们希望寺庙落成的仪式可以与明年的妈祖诞辰庆典同时举行。扩建工程还包括图书馆、纪念品商店、食堂和办公室。”
沈桂贤见证水利灌溉局移交工程
气候变化带来的降雨量激增，加上地方快速发展影响自然排水系统，因此石角需要通过其他管道来舒缓，甚至解决水患问题。 在砂副总理兼石角区议员拿督阿玛沈桂贤多次与砂水利灌溉局磋商和研究后，已获得砂政府拨款在石角区推行“蓄水区”工程，这项工程将对闪电大雨带来的大量，但无法及时排出至附近盐柴港的雨水，有一定舒缓作用。 沈桂贤今天见证砂水利灌溉局移交第一个蓄水区工程给承包商，此工程将坐落在石角新市镇前方的空地，耗资1千988万，工程从今年5月24日至2026年5月23日。 蓄水区占地约4.2英亩，其深度是2米，水利灌溉局是通过公开招标方式，并由M/S wawasan capital 有限公司获得该工程。 沈桂贤说，这个蓄水区有两个功能，第一当骤雨来临时，它可以储存附近一带沟渠的水源，待雨停后，蓄水区内的水源会渐渐流向盐柴港至砂拉越河，这个情况可以舒缓大量来自民宅沟渠的水源，在同一时间流向河流，以致河床不敷第一时间同时接受大量排泄水源，并导致民宅沟渠积水问题发生。 “第二个功能是当没有下雨，蓄水区内没有积水时，蓄水区可以供民众踢球，是一个足球场。” 他说，全球气候严重变化，雨量激增，我们不能以过去的方式来解决水患问题，特别是地方快速发展，影响雨水快速排泄，通过设立蓄水区计划，是其中一项舒缓水患发展的途径。” 沈桂贤说，除了在石角新市镇设立该蓄水区，水利灌溉局也会在附近设立第二个类似工程。

陈超耀主持美里游客资讯中心开幕
砂拉越旅游局今日为美里游客资讯中心举行重新开幕礼，由旅游部副部长拿督陈超耀代表砂旅游、创意产业及表演艺术部长拿督斯里阿都卡林主持开幕 仪式。 拿督陈超耀表示，旅游是砂拉越主要經濟來源之一，所以提供完善的资讯设施给各地游客和民众是重要的。 他说，美里已经是砂拉越主要的旅游地点之一，而且在尼亚国家公园一旦被联合国教科文组织认证为世界遗址后，美里將擁有兩個世界遗址做為旅游景點，屆時將會帶來更多的游客。 陈超耀是在為美里游客資訊中心主持開幕儀式后接受媒体访问时，如此表示。 他指出，砂拉越单单在3月份吸引43万8950人次到訪，所以有望提早在今年9月突破400万游客人次目标。 他說，在砂拉越擁有本身的航空公司后，除了讓人民受惠之外，也將會為砂拉越帶來更多的游客。 “仍有不少人都询问美里游客咨询中心的位置，所以有必要再把这个中心推介出去。” 他稱，在中心重新啟用后，有关单位會不时在这里举办活动以吸引民众到来，或者民众也可以来这里进行休闲活动。 据悉，上述装修工程首阶段工程是於2021年由砂旅游局拨款25万令吉进行，而第二阶段则获得陈超耀鄉村轉型計划的25萬令吉的拨款於去年11月份開始进行。
陈超耀：产业出租他人需换电表名字
拿督陈超耀呼吁业主在将产业租给他人时，必须更换电表名字，以免租户涉及盗电导致业主所有名下产业电力供应被冻结。他也特别强调盗电挖矿活动所引发的高温可能导致火灾，尤其是排屋，可能危及生命。 也是砂旅游副部长兼人联卑尔骚支部主席的拿督陈超耀是在听取砂能源北区客户服务经理纳兹的汇报后向媒体如此表示。 他说，自2023年2月开始至今，美里人联卑尔骚支部服务中心已经收到8宗类似案件业主的求助。 他指出，美里是全砂盗电挖矿最严重的地区之一。因此，他敦促业主在出租产业之前务必审慎了解租户背景才签订租赁合约。 他建议，出租的产业最好更改电表户名，这样即使租户拖欠电费也不会影响其他产业的电力供应。此外，业主应提高警觉，并定期巡视产业，了解租户情况，以确保没有违法活动。 拿督陈超耀提到，电表更名手续费用为单相电源150令吉，三相电源450令吉，押金视场所而定。 他还指出，通常一个挖矿场所至少有25台挖矿机。而盗电挖矿活动已经从店屋转移到住家，以避免被发现。为了查获盗电挖矿活动，砂能源已开始使用具有热探测器的无人机进行侦察。 据统计，美里2020年有超过百宗盗电挖矿活动，今年截至目前已有9宗，其中5宗因挖矿产生的高温引发火灾。至于2020年至2024年，因挖矿引发火灾的案件达18宗。 另外，随着砂能源打击盗电挖矿活动力度加大，经营者可能会将地点转移到乡区以避免被发现。 根据人联卑尔骚支部服务中心的数据显示，因租户盗电挖矿而影响的业主，欠下的最高电费超过83万令吉，最低也有超过13万令吉，其余介于36万令吉至65万令吉之间。

俞小珊：团结政府须维护国内和谐
人联党中央宣教秘书俞小珊认为联邦团结政府尤其是首相安华必须马上尽一切努力加强对政治操弄行为的打击，维护国内社会和谐，恢复国际社会对马来西亚多元社会的信心。他认为这是联邦政府迫在眉睫必须优先处理的事情，也会直接影响砂拉越推动前进的努力。 马来西亚向来以多元种族和谐共处而闻名于世，然而近年来，随着一系列种族议题的兴起，以及政治上的不稳定，马来西亚的国际形象受到了一定的负面影响。这不仅体现在苹果公司CEO蒂姆·库克的东南亚之行绕过马来西亚，也反映在益普索民调中日益增长的人民对国家发展方向的担忧。 根据报导，苹果公司首席执行官蒂姆库克的东南亚行选择了越南，印尼以及新加坡却绕过了马来西亚。 近年来，种族议题频频发生，比如说近期发生的KK Mart“真主袜”事件，经过了有心人士的炒作过后，形成了种族之间的紧张情绪，损害了马来西亚多元社会的形象。 尽管人联党已经马上出声制止，奈何由于来自马来亚政党的无视，结果情况越演越烈，甚至延烧到砂拉越古晋的KK Mart也受到汽油弹的攻击。要不是最高元首的御令介入制止，召见了行动党和巫统的领袖，事件也许会继续延烧。这个事件也显示出了获得大批华裔选民护送入朝的行动党表现出来的“碌碌无为”，相比当年在野的时候，那股仗义执言的气焰已经消失不见。 就在不久前，益普索民调显示，认为国家正走在错误轨道上的国民比例大幅上升，反映了民意信心下降以及民众对现状的忧虑。而同一时间，外资从股市撤资的报导也连绵不绝，也显示出了国际投资者对马来西亚经济前景的担忧。 俞小珊认为问题根源离不开政客的政治操弄，尽管砂拉越一直以和谐稳定享誉全国，砂政府推广的绿色经济也在近年来享誉全球，奈何马来亚一些政客为了自身的政治利益，刻意炒作种族和宗教议题，破坏了社会和谐，抵消了砂政府努力为国家塑造的正面形象。这些政客把自身以及党派利益置于国家利益之上，有者任意炒作种族和宗教情绪的，也有者为了保住官位选择静若寒暄的。 他说，典型的例子就有巫青团长阿克玛在“真主袜”事件上的炒作和行动党针对该事件的“静观其变”等候风向的态度。一群当年“路见不平即剑拔弩张”的行动党领袖却要等到最高元首介入后才出声谴责，见风使舵的举止显而易见。 他表示，外资撤资与多元社会信心受挫之间存在着密切的联系。多元社会信心受挫，会导致社会动荡不安，进而影响经济发展，最终导致外资撤资，马币持续疲弱。因此，恢复国际社会对国家多元社会的信心，不仅有利于维护社会和谐，也有利于促进经济发展。 因此，俞小珊希望各界重铺国家多元社会的稳定和发展，这需要各界人士的共同努力。另外，政府也应采取切实措施，打击政客发表煽动性种族议题、促进经济发展，重塑马来西亚的国际形象。只有这样，才能恢复国际社会对国家多元社会的信心，吸引外资投资，推动发展。

俞小珊：火箭酸葡萄心态对砂无建设
砂行动党领袖近期在砂团党解散后加入民进党过后频频发表论点，人联党中央宣教秘书俞小珊认为该党领袖应该适可而止。因为，该党言论除了显示出了酸葡萄心态之外对砂拉越并没有任何的建设性。 砂行动党在2021年砂选举过后一直把败选原因归咎于本土反对党分散选票，却没有检讨为什么选民不再信任砂行动党。俞小珊认为，砂行动党从2011年赢得12席到如今剩下2席，追根究底与选民意识的觉醒脱离不了关系。砂民如今对于选票的意义已经有更深一层的了解，不再轻易被误导，明白把票投给哪一个阵营可以带给砂拉越、选区和自己更大的好处。 他形容，砂行动党近来的言论荒谬至极，难道今天没有了砂团党作为本土反对势力，反对票就一定会回流砂行动党？相信任何一位政治工作者都会认为答案是否定的，那只不过是砂行动党的痴人说梦。那么，之前投反对票的选民会否见到砂盟近年来的良好施政和成效过后而回流砂盟呢？相信答案也是“极有可能”的。这些选民甚至可能宁愿拒绝投票也不会回流砂行动党，因此，砂行动党以本土反对党分散选票为由作为败选的借口也是毫不成立的。 如今，企图合理化自身的言论的砂行动党，甚至把砂团党参选第12届砂选举诠释为一场阴谋。砂行动党领袖甚至把“自己讲自己爽”的功力发挥到极致，以信口雌黄的方式捏造事实，污蔑砂团党参选第12届砂选举的目的就是为了分散选票帮助砂盟以绝对优势执政因而获得加入砂盟作为奖励，误导砂民制造仇恨情绪的意图也不言而喻。 俞小珊认为，砂团党的解散和加入砂盟显示出了该党领袖的觉悟，从不认同砂盟的政策到如今加入砂盟，这是对砂盟良好施政的认可，也是对自身过往错误的觉悟。砂团党的举动也证明了人非圣贤，孰能无过，犯错并没有什么可怕的，关键是如何对待错误，只要有知错能改的决心。 因此，俞小珊抨击砂行动党的言论妥妥就是尝试自我安慰，以自欺欺人、逃避现实的方式试图掩盖自身因不作为，不重视砂本土利益而被选民唾弃的事实。 他也表示，如果从当前砂拉越的政治局势来做分析的话，砂行动党在第12届砂选举的失败是因为该党领袖的不作为以及无视选民的诉求。尤其是2018年全国大选过后砂行动党的种种跳票行为更是引起民愤，让砂民看清楚了他们的真面目。 砂行动党主席张健仁曾经在2018年全国大选竞选期间对砂选民夸下海口，只要行动党执政就会在一年内归还50%税收和20%石油开采税，更承诺分配砂民每人每年两千令吉。可是希盟执政后贵为副部长的张健仁却马上被该党时任秘书长兼财政部长林冠英针对竞选承诺公开打脸。更令砂民愤愤不平的是，张健仁对其马来亚领袖的言论保持“静静”，之后也从此不再听其在国会提起或争取兑现承诺，至今也不曾对砂民做出交代。 另外，砂行动党多次公开无视选民维护本土利益的意愿，也体现出砂行动党与马来亚总部乃是主仆关系。砂行动党口口声声表示砂政府需要有效监督，大选时说更多的行动党国会议员可以确保该党在体制内的决策权；胜选后40个国会议员却对联邦政府出台的种种保守政策一筹莫展，张健仁更是多次以不在内阁为自己的无能为力开脱。 事实上，当砂行动党领袖一再的无的放矢批评砂盟的施政必须要被监督和制衡的当儿，首相安华却不止一次邀请砂总理阿邦佐为联邦内阁和马来亚各州领袖授教。甚至，该党槟州首席部长曹观友更是亲自前来体验被砂行动党批评到几乎一无是处的ART智轨列车。首相安华近期更将派遣其团队访砂学习绿色能源法，这也是砂行动党雷打不动推举出来的首相安华再一次以行动认可砂盟执政的能力。 所有的事实都证明了砂行动党对于砂盟政府的批评都被他们马来亚的盟友或领袖以行动方式公开打脸，所谓的监督和批评也因此都显得多么的无力和不成立。 最后，俞小珊也强调，尽管砂团党领袖现已以加入民进党的方式成为砂盟的一员，峇旺阿山和英吉利里作为人联党的传统选区，砂盟的出战权将依旧还是属于人联党。作为双方最坚实的盟友，土保党和人联党已合作超过半个世纪，在秉持着砂盟团结的精神下，来届大选时出战权自有分晓，但这却是砂盟内部的布局策略，砂行动党大可不必也无需为之操心。
