沈桂贤誓言继续为选区带来发展
砂副总理兼石角区议员拿督阿玛沈桂贤宣布，2024年他将在选区内落实18项总额500万令吉的乡村转型发展计划，继续为选区带来发展和让民众受惠。 他表示，乡村转型发展计划，乃是砂拉越政府极力提升和改善地方发展，让人民享有更完成基本设施的发展策略。 “在上述发展项目中，大部分是改善选区内的排水系统，毕竟这方面的项目不是一两天就可以全面落实，排水系统涉及非常复杂和棘手技术问题，因此每年的乡村转型发展项目，都离不开排水工程。” 沈桂贤是见证巴达旺市议会移交提升石角路廉价房屋后巷沟渠工程给承包商仪式后，发表有关的谈话。 在这项计划下，石角路连接房屋第28A6和28A4的后巷沟渠将获得提升，总工程斥资37万6679令吉，并以公开招标方式由Q & Q Services获得。 提升该地区后巷排水系统，是沈桂贤中选为石角区议员迄今，从未间断的发展项目，由于需要提升的项目非常众多，因此是通过分阶段进行。 该住宅区前面的沟渠，已经从原有的泥沟提升至钢骨水泥，工程的落实，加宽了原有路面，方便居民泊车。 除了上述工程，将在今年进行的乡村转型发展排水系统项目包括修建石角路廉价房屋第24/24A1A/18/26/24巷后巷排水系统、德莎威拉第17A巷防护堤、杨国斯路2K1巷沟渠和甘榜实打博玛拉尤新排水系统。 至於建筑物项目则包括，提升甘榜新纳布迪巴鲁民众会堂、提升甘榜新纳布迪巴回教堂、提升石角路廉价房屋民众会堂五人制足球場及設施、提升甘榜新纳布迪拉玛回教堂、提升德莎威拉第20巷和5i民众会堂及提升和修建石角政府中学。 另外，也会提升石角第二巷Green Acres Estate的休闲公园，并且会推行石角西里益第一巷、金珠盛Kiung Kit路水管，以及继续 在石角推行第四期安装路灯项目。
陈超耀拨款优化公园设施造福人民
砂旅游部副部长拿督陈超耀通过乡区转型计划下，再次为美里锦绣山庄8A/1路巷的休闲公园拨款10万令吉，协助建设13盏灯光及增加运动器材，以优化公园硬体设施造福社区人民。 此次在通过2023年乡区转型计划拨款10万令吉，主要是协助在公园内安装13盏灯光，以便在夜晚时候公园内拥有灯光照明，同时增加2台户外运动器材，以提升该公园的设施。 陈超耀表示，这项工程已于6月5日动工，工程期限为期3个月，因此预计在在9月4日竣工。 他说，2019年首次透过拨款8万令吉用于修建公园跑道与美化工作，随后在2021年，再次拨款10万令吉，增建儿童娱乐设施与健身器材设备，这两次拨款均显著改善了公园的面貌和功能。 他强调，公园作为社区的重要公共设施，应不断进行改进和升级，以满足居民日益增长的休闲和运动需求。 陈超耀今早是在美里社区领袖本曼查冯兆明、甲必丹梁振林、美里市议员陈立仁、美里市议员余俐葭、陈超耀的机要秘书谢家洪陪同下，联同承包商进行巡视工程计划。

Batu Kitang State Assemblyman Batu Kitang, Dato IR Lo Khere Chiang met up with four house owners in Kampung Sinar Budi and Mile 11, Kuching /Serian to check the conditions of the houses which are in a dilapidated condition. 美里人造湖公园的滑板场（Skate Park）将于今年9月份全面开放使用。 砂旅游部副部长拿督陈超耀日前在升阳集团代表和市政局工程部官员等陪同下勘察于今年3月份开展的滑板场兴建工程，工程目前正迈入竣工倒数阶段，陈超耀满怀期待该滑板场将在未来能成为全国乃至国际的滑板体育项目主场地。 这所滑板场是延续升阳集团在2022年与2023年在美里人造湖公园开展的第一期与第二期硬体设施修建工程后，滑板场兴建工程为该集团持续履行企业社会责任（CSR）执行的第三期工程项目。 陈超耀对滑板场兴建工程进度表示满意，并赞扬升阳集团斥巨资全面提升公园硬体设施并发挥最大化造福各运动及健身人士。 他指出，人造湖公园兴建于1980年，迄今已有30年历史，过去在升阳集团协助下，将原本800公尺长度的公园人行跑道增建另1.7公尺的走道，达2.5公尺长，成为全砂由地方议会管辖下公园最长的走道。 他说，人造湖公园其他由升阳集团修建工程共有6大项目包括扩建停车场、兴建滑板场、八角休息亭、绿化公园、脚车潮玩运动场（Pump Track）、以及兴建雨盖篮球场。 他透露，待滑板场兴建工程竣工后脚车潮玩运动场就会展开，并希望争取在今年内竣工。 陈超耀过去已通过乡区转型计划下批准60万令吉拨款作为脚车潮玩运动场兴建费用，而随着脚车潮玩运动场竣工后将成为全砂第一座脚车潮玩运动场。 另外，雨盖篮球场的兴建工程则会纳入在明年执行。 他不忘点名感谢升阳集团副总裁拿督林如健回馈社会之举，并感谢全体参与者给予的合作与支持。 他期许美里人造湖公园在政府与私人界相互合作后，硬体设施可以获得提升，同时优化所有内部设施，以直接让民众们受惠。

陈超耀视察河滨休闲公园提升计划
砂旅游部副部长拿督陈超耀到访位于河滨商业区河畔的河滨休闲公园，视察并讨论公园的提升计划。此次考察的重点在于公园内新增的人行道提议。 陈超耀表示，目前该计划尚未最终确定，仍需获取最新信息。他介绍说，提议中的人行道将延伸至河口，方便游客欣赏沿途风景，直至海边。然而，当前存在一些问题亟待解决。 据悉，此计划估计耗资50万令吉，提议中的人行道长约1.5公里，宽度范围在3.5米至4米之间，较为狭窄，尚不足以作为正式道路。此外，若新建人行道，可能会影响现有的下行人行道。为避免干扰现有设施，相关部门需详细了解土地的现状。 陈超耀强调，今天的巡视主要是对提升计划进行研究，目前尚未做出最终决定。他呼吁相关部门尽快收集必要信息，以便作出科学决策，为公众提供更好的休闲环境。 一同前往巡视的有美里市政局旅游发展工作小组主席约翰特拉维等人。
俞小珊：砂边界主权需获得尊重
埔奕州议员兼美里市长俞小珊表示，对于砂总理拿督巴丁宜丹斯里阿邦佐哈里宣布，砂拉越与联邦已根据宪法规定，就管理和使用大陆架土地的权利和权力达成解决方案，这是砂盟执政砂拉越的一大成就。这一成就离不开总理和砂盟一众领袖的不懈追求和领导。对于砂拉越来说，是一个历史性的里程碑。 他指出，此事已在最近由首相拿督斯里安华在布城主持的国家能源委员会第一次会议上讨论。通过会议决定，土地是砂立法和行政权力不可侵犯的事项。大陆架确实延伸至200海里，但在此范围以下，它不能影响砂的管辖权，其边界不能改变，必须得到尊重。 俞小珊也向首相以及联邦政府表示衷心的感谢，感谢联邦团结政府承认并接受这一重要的法律事实。正是因为联邦政府的支持和认可，砂拉越才能够在这一重要问题上取得突破。 俞小珊也强调，这是砂拉越的人民的胜利，砂民对砂盟政府的坚定支持赋予了砂政府能够从政治实力的立场进行谈判取得突破的关键。没有了人民的支持，砂拉越无法在这条道路上取得如此重大的进展。 因此，俞小珊呼吁砂民在未来的道路上，持续给与砂政府更加强有力的支持，以确保砂拉越能够取得更大的成就。
