人联青批评小学历史课本未真实呈现历史
人联党青年团总团长程明智今日召开新闻发布会，批评联邦教育部在小学五年级和六年级的历史课本中未明确交代我国独立的史实。 程明智和符祥威在新闻发布会上指出，教育部长马智礼未注重学生的历史课，反去研究学生穿白鞋或黑鞋。他应该设立委员会，以着手纠正历史课本中，对于我国独立的部分做出明确的更正。 他强调，马来西亚是在1963年成立，当时参组马来西亚共有4个邦，即马来亚、新加坡、北婆罗洲（沙巴）及砂拉越。然而，历史课虽注名我国于1963年成立，内容也有明确的注明1963年马来西亚宣言的部分内容，然而却错误的把砂拉越直接列为13个州的其中一州。 他强调，这是不正确的，因为砂拉越是一个邦的身份参组马来西亚，是在1976年才被更改成为一个州。 程明智表示，历史课本中在新国家诞生的一页有说明马来亚独立过程，其实说的是马来亚联邦独立的过程，但是严重错误的是把马来亚联邦写成我国。他强调，我国是在1963年才出现，那就是马来西亚，1957年独立的是马来亚。 “历史课本必须要经过纠正，我认为历史应该原汁原味的教。” 另一方面，他也表示我感谢部长马智礼巡视砂残旧学校，然而他表示，人联党却也对部长之后做出的宣布感到失望。他说，马智礼宣布今年拨出1亿令吉作为修复砂残旧学校建设用途，并宣称会根据第11大马计划下拨出27亿令吉拨款作为有关用途。然而，程明智表示部长只是沿用前朝定下的拨款，没有提出新方案、没有增加拨款、没有检讨。 “今天人联党要提出，教育不能妥协，历史课本不能妥协，砂拉越学校建设不能妥协。”他说，以上这些才是急需要处理的课题，而不是白鞋黑鞋，而且更不需要部长见了残旧学校流眼泪，因为砂拉越人已经流过够多的眼泪了。 他也表示希望砂拉越获得更公平的财富分配和待遇，今天更不是要“设陷阱”给任何一名希盟议员，而是提出砂拉越人民的诉求，希望得到希盟政府的正面回应。 另外，符祥威也指出，人联党注重历史的立场由始至终没有改变，不会像一些政治人物，在换了政府就如换了脑袋一样改变立场。

符祥威质问砂希盟领袖变马来亚说客
人联青总团秘书长符祥威表示，全国大选前，那些恶批前朝联邦政府种种对砂不利不公政策的砂拉越希盟领袖，其真面目竟然在509后一览无余，瞬间变成替希盟马来亚领袖说辞的政客，完全弃砂拉越权益不顾。 他批评砂希盟主席兼砂行动党主席张健仁自出任联邦副部长后，处处先为马来亚和马来亚领袖的感受着想，而不是站在身为砂拉越人，无论出任什么岗位或官位都要维护砂拉越的重要使命。 他说，就连砂行动党武吉阿瑟州议员的郑爱鸰对大马教育部反对在学校包括砂拉越的学校使用英语作为教学媒介语言感到遗憾之际，张健仁迄今还在替联邦教育部长马智礼说辞。显然的，张健仁只是在捍卫自己的副部长职位，而不是在捍卫整体砂拉越大众的权益。 他质问，既然国会是民选议员问政的地方，那又何来设陷之说？难道今后砂拉越政党联盟的国会议员在国会向希盟部长及副部长询问任何关于砂拉越权益或相关课题，都是在为他们设下陷井？ 符祥威指出，马智礼日前在国会说明英语，包括砂学校采用英语媒介语都是不符合宪法条文和教育法令。这样的言论已引起朝野、民众和社团反弹和不认同。在马智礼还没对该言论做进一步澄清或解释前，令人惊讶的是，来自砂拉越的张健仁却率先跳出来，急不及待替马智礼辩驳，更无理的质疑马智礼是陷入砂政党联盟国会议员南茜苏克里所“设下”的陷阱。 他认为，此做法简直是在侮辱马智礼和首相敦马哈迪的智慧。 “如果马智礼如张健仁所说那样轻易就陷入敌对阵营的陷阱，那么马智礼又有什么资格担任教育部长？同样的，马哈迪为何会遴选他担任国家要职？” 他称，张健仁已沦为马来亚在砂拉越的典型管家和说客。过去这些年他在国会里扮演反对党角色一副词正理直去捍卫砂拉越的言论，难道全都是在演戏？还是面具掉了，尽显真面目？

人民房屋地税捐减半
首席部长拿督巴丁宜阿邦佐哈里今日宣布，全砂人民房屋地税捐于今年5及6日减半，此前缴付的地税捐，即超过2千500令吉者皆可获得砂政府退款。 他称，退款的数额高达4344万7264令吉。 阿邦佐哈里今日在砂议会召开新闻发布会指出，根据记录，多达7714地契涉及退款，有关退款仅限于原本地主、土地转让受益者或持有授权书（LA）以及土地转移予直系亲属。 他强调，所有土地捐的退款并不得适用于销售和购买的土地转移方式。 欲获取退款的地主必须在2019年10月31日前向土地预测量局提呈退款申请表格。
许德婉：登州高庭公开鞭刑有违人权
砂拉越人民联合党中央妇女组主席许德婉认为，登州意图性交罪成的两名被告罪不至需公开鞭笞，而登州伊斯兰高庭对两名被告的处置是有违人权的。 “我明白同性恋在伊斯兰教或其他宗教里都是不被允许的，任何违反宗教法规者在个别的宗教法下受到处分也无可厚非。不过在这起案件中，两名被告是在超过百人的围观下接受鞭刑的。” 她说，各个宗教都教人和谐、友爱，即便是惩处也是建立在此基础原则上。但在此案中，对两名被告处以公开鞭笞似乎过于苛刻，且有违她们的人权。 “连环强奸犯或娈童癖者都没有被公开处置了，登州两名被告有罪大恶极到需要在众人围观下被处置？” 许德婉在文告中表示，相较于公开处置同性恋者，公开犯下强奸和娈童等更重大罪行者的身份，更有助于在社会中树立良好道德风气。 “因为行凶者对受害者及受害者家属的身心灵造成了深远伤害；而在登州的这起案件中，两名被告并没有伤害任何人。” 她促伊斯兰高庭能重新考虑在任何形式下，对任何被告处以公开鞭笞的决定。

陈超耀：泛婆大道工程不应搁置
首相敦马哈迪在汶莱声称连系砂沙的泛婆大道必须搁置，对砂人来说无异是晴天霹雳，也令人非常愤慨，因为希盟再次欺骗了善良的砂人。 砂人联党中央秘书长兼卑尔骚州议员拿督陈超耀发表文告如此表示。他说，泛婆大道对砂拉越具有重大意义，陆路贯通砂沙是两邦人民期盼了超过半个世纪的梦想，今天却还是失望告终。 他说，马哈迪任内阁部长逾30年，且任首相22年,却长期忽略砂拉越发展，拨款少得可怜，使砂成为全马最贫穷的地方。乡区落后，基建缺乏，连一条贯穿全境、供砂人安全行车的陆路这么卑微的愿望都不可得。 “但是，过去由敦马掌政的联邦却从富饶的砂拉越掠夺数千亿的庞大石油和天然气资源税收，用以开发吉隆坡，使之成为大都会。这是所有砂人心中愤愤不平的根源。” 他说，今天砂人已从历史中觉醒，并揭发联邦长期对砂拉越的不公。西马国民可以享受平滑无阻的南北高速大道，难道砂人就得继续忍受在既颠簸又耗时的道路上来往于砂各地？ 陈超耀说，联邦工程部长巴鲁比安甫上任宣布继续建设泛婆大道，但是旋即首相却打脸说大道搁置了，借口是前政府的拨款失踪了。 他说，这是“政治借囗”，这个理由是砂人不能接受的。泛婆大道第一期耗资超过160亿令吉，分期建设，拨款也将分期发放。前政府答应建设，希盟政府也承诺不会中断这个大型计划。目前才开建约两年，何来“前朝拨款不知去向”？ 他强调，希盟已掌握执政大权,警方与反贪会应展开深入调查,不能只对媒体放话而己! 陈超耀认为，希盟既然受大多数人民委托执政，就有责任继续完成惠民的建设计划。何况这还是马哈迪欠砂人数十年的“礼物”。马哈迪过去当首相来访砂拉越屈指可数，漠视砂人利益早已令人诟病，今再食言搁置泛婆大道恐将引起民愤。 他说，一个有担当、有诚信的国家领袖不能当承诺是空气，说了就飘散在空中。这件事也让国人看到希盟领袖同台不同调，食言当家常便饭的本色。 他呼吁砂拉越希盟国州代议士对此事给砂人一个慎重的交代，毕竟他们有责任维护我们的权益不受损。 陈超耀说，希盟对国人许下的多个承诺已经跳票，令人民无法再投以信任票。水能载舟，亦能覆舟，一个没有诚信的政府是走不远的。

Road resurfacing, drainage repair projects for Batu Kawah constituency
A total of RM 8.8 million of Malaysian Roads Records Information System (Marris) Fund will be used for road resurfacing and drainage repair projects in Batu Kawa area. 砂人联党石角区州议员拿督沈桂贤指出，石角区今年获得大马道路档案系统拨款，作为重铺道路及维修沟渠用途，总额约870万令吉。 他指出，上述拨款当中，作为重铺石角区道路的工程多达36项，包括杨国斯路、珍珠花园、玫瑰花园、凤凰花园、美罗花园、史打博南段、史打博花园，拨款总共为227万，而作为维修沟渠用途的拨款则高达约650万，以展开22项沟渠维修工程，地区包括石角RPR、金岭花园、石角老巴刹通往马来甘榜登地区。 他表示，上述拨款并不是乡区转型拨款，而是额外向大马道路档案系统申请所得。上述工程当中，有者已经开始动工，有者即将动工。负责执行承建的单位包括地方议会、公共工程局或水利灌溉局。 沈桂贤指出，道路及沟渠提升工作，也会优先修建情况较差的路段，并分阶段执行其他工程。此外，在2017年，石角区也成功向大马道路档案系统申请并批准65项道路重铺沥青的工程，拨款总额约为800万令吉，其中53项工程由巴达旺市议会负责承建，另外12项则由公共工程局承建。
