1424人申请地税捐回扣
根据砂拉越首席部长政治秘书陈开向土地区查询，截止目前，申请地税捐回扣的人数共有1424人，其中401人已获得他们批准。石角服务中心也将部分获得批准者的通知函件，亲自送到申请人手中。 砂首长拿督巴丁宜阿邦佐哈里为减少砂人民经济负担而做出的惠民政策，已获得民众的良好支持和反应，目前回扣申请率先在古晋进行，之后会延伸到砂拉越其他省份。 砂首长署政治秘书陈开今日移交另一批申请表格给砂土地与测量局，这项申请回扣将在2019年10月31日截止。 全砂共有7千100分的地契具备回扣条件，而砂政府也准备了4千300万令吉，作为回扣用途。 石角服务中心将继续协助民众申请，一旦获得申请批准通知书，也会第一时间通知或亲自送给申请者。民众若有任何疑问可到石角服务中心了解详情。
沈桂贤：财政预算案没重视砂拉越利益
砂人联党主席兼地方政府及房屋部长拿督沈桂贤表示，希盟政府在明年度财政预算案，除了宣布拨出超过40亿令吉发展拨款予砂拉越之外，就没其他宣布。事实上，财政部长林冠英在国会宣布财政预算案时，只提及砂拉越5次。 他说，这与前期政府比较起来，有巨大的差别。因为前期政府一直都对砂拉越特别定制财政预算案宣布，列出对砂拉越的拨款事项、利益、政策及工程等等。 他强调，砂拉越作为马来西亚成立平等伙伴的地位是不容质疑的。根据跨政府级别报告书第3项内容，砂拉越在参组马来西亚时，须获得权益与地位的保障。而联邦宪法也有专属条文，阐明砂拉越及沙巴的特别拨款、权益及自主权事项。 “在第14届全国大选期间，希望联盟在竞选宣言中，也特别为砂拉越及沙巴带来不同的承诺及宣言，尤其是拉近砂沙与西马之间的发展距离，以及为砂沙教育及医药领域提供特别的关注。” “但遗憾的是，今日公布的财政预算案，砂拉越看似被当作州属，而非平等伙伴。” 沈桂贤表示，财政预算案列明教育和医药领域的拨款分别增至551亿及265亿令吉，但对于砂拉越方面，这两项领域拨款究竟有多少是惠及砂人民，这是一个问号。 他说，从财政预算案内容也显示，对联邦政府成立的1963年内阁特别委员会中的指导委员会，砂人民显然不能期望过高。他希望联邦政府认真聆听砂人民的心声。
罗克强：财政预算案对砂拉越没什么惊喜
砂人联党巴都吉当区州议员罗克强表示，联邦政府虽然欲在明年度财政预算案中，稳定国家经济和国内生产总值，但发展开销较少的情况下，对国家还是有不利影响。 他指出，尤其对砂拉越方面，他认为这项财政预算案并没有太多值得高兴的地方，让他深感失望。 他质问希盟政府，所谓对砂拉越公平对待的承诺，究竟去了哪里？ 也是巴达旺市议会主席的罗克强指出，砂拉越为国家贡献至少30%的石油及天然气收入，但在财政预算案中，却是没什么回报。这显示希盟政府对待砂拉越的心态，过去大选归还自主权的承诺言犹在耳，但今日却是如此对待方式。 他强调，财政预算案中也提及国库控股将会投资航天领域，虽然没说明数额，但相信会超过10亿令吉。新政府明明说国家负债累累，国库空虚，却甘愿花费如此巨额资金在航天领域。这简直是荒谬的做法。 他说，希盟政府与其发展航天领域，不如把这笔钱还回给砂拉越，作为发展经费。

阿邦佐哈里出席第33届印尼贸易博览会
砂首长拿督巴丁宜阿邦佐哈里于日前在印尼雅加达出席第33届印尼贸易博览会，并见证3项合作备忘录签署仪式。 他也率领副首长兼工业及企业发展部长拿督阿玛阿旺登雅、工业及企业发展部助理部长（工业及投资）麦康莫森及副州务秘书拿督阿布峇卡等人，礼貌拜会为博览会主持开幕的印尼总统佐科威。 3项合作备忘录分别是砂拉越Danawa有限公司与印尼PT.THC公司、布洛克船坞及工程公司与印尼Wika Wijaya Persero TBK以及砂工商会与印尼工商会之间签署。 备忘录目的是为了加强砂拉越与印尼之间的贸易及基础设施发展合作。 阿邦佐哈里在一项场合中表示，砂拉越必须与印尼开拓更多贸易机会，尤其是与西加里曼丹的贸易潜能。他说，砂拉越与印尼的贸易额一直增加，但还有很大的提升空间，为两地带来更多经济效益。 他说，砂拉越与印尼的贸易额在2016年为18亿令吉，2017年增加至21亿令吉。截至今年5月为止，双方贸易额为13亿令吉。他相信，今年贸易额会超越2017年。
