罗克强希望巴达旺一马诊所尽快恢复运作
砂人联党巴都吉当区州议员兼巴达旺市议会主席罗克强希望面对租金问题而被迫关闭的10哩巴达旺一马诊所，可以重新运作，让有需要的民众寻求治疗。 他强调，该诊所不仅能方便10哩巴达旺及附近居民，特别患上轻微病痛，如伤风及咳嗽者，也能舒缓砂拉越中央医院和7哩圣淘沙医院拥挤的问题。 罗克强今日针对10哩巴达旺一马诊所关闭发出文告表示，联邦政府应尽快解决租金问题，让该诊所能早日恢复运作。他称，由于该诊所靠近巴达旺市议会，他早前面对咳嗽问题时，也前往该诊所求诊。 他说，一马诊所不仅费用低廉，而且不必医院拥挤，病人无需苦苦等候。 “虽然一马诊所所提供的服务不全面，但却能帮助解决那些状况轻微的健康问题，且收费是可负担起的，不必为了轻微健康问题，到中央医院排队等待，这也减轻中央医院负担，他们可将精力花在处理更紧急的工作上。” 罗克强表示，目前面对的挑战是国内的专科医生并没获公平分配，多数的专科医生主要分配到西马服务，而砂拉越多个领域缺乏专科医生，尤其诗巫、民都鲁、美里及林梦。对此，他批评希望联盟政府为何没遵守承诺，归还砂拉越自主权，包括公共卫生和教育权力？ 他相信，如果砂拉越掌握公共卫生及教育自主权的话，砂拉越可像邻国新加坡及汶莱般蓬勃发展。 “砂拉越这些年都被忽略，医疗设施与服务也没获得进一步提升，如今也急需一所癌症中心，以协助来自贫穷家庭的病患，减轻他们经济负担。”

八点地居民希望解决沟渠阻塞问题

罗克强质问张健仁为何不敢争取砂权益
砂人联党巴都吉当区州议员罗克强强调，砂政党联盟已获准注册，并获得注册证书。但是，砂拉越不应只是拥有100%本土执政党，也应该要有100%本土反对党，监督砂政府是否落实透明及廉洁施政。 罗克强今日发表文告说，他支持砂首席部长拿督巴丁宜阿邦佐哈里的言论，指砂拉越应该要有100%本土执政党及反对党。 他表示，砂希盟主席兼实旦宾国会议员张健仁针对首长言论发言时，却是指后者设下政治陷阱，纯粹是政治手段。他抨击希盟过去做出的竞选承诺和议程，都出现U转的情况，包括石油及天然气20%开采税、归还50%本土税务、归还教育及医药自主权、恢复砂沙平等伙伴地位及承认独中统考文凭等等。 他指出，上述诸多U转的情况，张健仁及其他砂希盟领袖却噤若寒蝉。希盟执政6个月以来，张健仁从不敢向西马开口捍卫砂拉越权益。 “最近，首相敦马哈迪宣布联邦政府从国油公司获得300亿令吉花红，但砂拉越丝毫未得。” 罗克强表示，既然马哈迪认为300亿令吉花红对国油公司不成问题，那为什么砂拉越无法得到至少30%的花红？过去33年来，吉隆坡向砂拉越提供的国油公司花红是300亿令吉，但如今联邦政府只需一次交易，就获得300亿令吉。 他强调，若希盟认真恢复砂沙平等伙伴地位，那就应该兑现所有竞选承诺。
