Piasau state assemblyman, Datuk Sebastian Ting handed over 1000 mask 10 Bomba and 1000 mask to JPAM. The masks were donated by groups of friends in Miri. Ting thanked the sponsors for their giving hearts and said frontliners are keeping our country safe thus they must be encouraged and support.
沈桂贤：咖啡店摊贩可申请援助金
砂地方政府及房屋部长拿督斯里沈桂贤捎来好消息，砂政府为小商家及小贩提供的1500令吉援助金，具备条件的无营业执照小商家、小贩及咖啡店饮食摊主同样可申请，惟业者须向地方议会注册并获得由议会签发的执照。 这项援助金将从本月起透过砂拉越支付（Sarawak Pay）分为两个阶段发放。第一阶段将在今年4月或5月发放，而第二阶段则会在6月或7月发放给小商家及小贩。” 沈桂贤发文告表示，砂首长拿督巴丁宜阿邦佐哈里早前宣布，砂政府在“我亲爱的砂拉越特别援助配套”计划下，为州内的小商家及小贩，包括饮食摊主提供1500令吉的援助，以协助度过行动管制令所延伸的经济难关。 沈桂贤透露，在咖啡店摆档的饮食摊主也可以注册申请有关援助，惟必须有个人营业的相关文件。 除此之外，他表示，有关援助也开放给目前没有营业准证的小商家、小贩及饮食摊主申请，惟他们必须先从地方议会注册及获取营业执照。有关申请可透过网上或亲临地方议会柜台进行申请，并可享有豁免每月30令吉准证费长达6个月。 “申请截止日期为5月31日，有关准证有效日期至9月30日，而这在我亲爱的砂拉越特别援助配套下的援助金则将会在六或七月透过砂拉越支付发放，或透过国家储蓄银行发放现金。” 另外，沈桂贤也列出没有营业执照的小商家、小贩及饮食摊主的申请条件如下: 1.有关业者必须是砂拉越人，且定居及在砂拉越营业。 2.年龄必须达到18岁及以上。 3.业者必须是在今年4月1日前就真的在经营商业生意，如摆摊、档口及路边摊等。 4.在咖啡店摆档的饮食摊主也可以注册申请有关援助，惟必须有个人营业的相关文件。 5. 不包括线上商业（Online Business）。 6. 业者必须向地方议会注册并获得由议会签发的执照。 7. 申请截止日期为5月31日。 8. 准证的有效日期至9月30日。 9. 业者所提供的所有信息必须准确及真实。若有提任何错误及不正确的信息，有关申请将不被考虑，或在颁布后，议会有权力取消有关执照。 10. 批准准证的决定权在于地方议会，地方议会的决定时最终决定，不允许上诉。 11.我亲爱的砂拉越特别援助配套下的援助金将透过以下方式发放: （a）砂拉越支付； （b）至于无法安装砂拉越支付的业者（基于可接受的理由），则将透过国家储蓄银行发放现金。
陳超耀移交口罩予前线人员

Piasau State Assemblyman, Datuk Sebastian Ting received 1,000 pieces of mask from several kind hearted people to be distributed for those who urgently need them. 程明智：咖啡店熟食小贩也可申请1500令吉援助
砂盟政府在防疫推出“我爱砂拉越特别援助配套2.0”，对每名小贩及小商家发出1千500令吉援助，是适于所有经营贩商者，唯一的条件是必须登记“砂拉越支付”。 砂首长署政治秘书程明智指出，所有持有砂各地的地方议会发出营业执照的贩商都受惠，而在茶餐室租摊位，或是在路边摆摊的小贩，之前没有向所在地的地方议会申请营业执照者，即日起也可以向地方议会进行登记，也同样能在此计划下受益。 他表明，本身已接获众多有关在茶餐室经营熟食者，或路边摆摊贩商的投诉，他们没有持有地方议会的营业执照，失却资格申请此项援助，但现最新的情况是有更动，也同样可以申请此项援助。 程明智发出声明，砂首长署昨晚已发出文告，有关人士可尽速向全砂所在地方议会申请登记后，同时也登记“砂拉越支付”，就可同有持有地方议会发出营业执照的贩商获得有关的援助，惟不允许有人籍此造假，当局将会进行严查。 他继称，这是砂首长拿督巴丁宜阿邦佐哈里体恤，全砂所有的小贩及小商家，在抗疫期间所蒙受的经济损失，由砂政府作出补贴，不会忽略任何贩商，包括小贩群体；该援助计划需以当局条例为准。 他吁请所有贩商及小商人，关注砂政府所给的援助，至于进一步的详情，将由当局作出进一步的公布；包括“砂拉越支付”会充分说明，让各界加以了解。 他重申，由首长阿邦佐哈里昨日宣布，砂政府发出总额11亿令吉特别援助配套，是为砂拉越中小型企业、小贩、小商家提供援助，包括4大措施如下： 1、对中小型企业提供免息贷款； 2、对每名小贩或贩商及小商家发出1500令吉特别拨款援助； 3、将微型贷款计划下的利息，从原有的2％降至0％； 4、砂官联公司拥有的商业建筑出租予中小型企业的零售业免租6个月。
