苏莉群：砂人民须自律维持冠病绿区地位
砂拉越首长政治秘书苏莉群指出，砂拉越再次转为疫情绿州，全砂人民有功劳，更不忘前线人员、无名英雄的付出。 她说，不管目前砂拉越是不是绿区，但全世界的疫情都还没有改善，前线人员还在努力，砂拉越人民须继续自律，让砂拉越加速远离疫情。 她发文告，对于有居心者质疑砂拉越的新冠病数据，这对消退疫情非但没有帮助，反而只会制造民众的更恐慌，甚至制造不实谣言。 她形容隐瞒疫情对砂拉越没有好处，砂拉越政府处理疫情程序也无需隐瞒。任何疑似病例，当局马上安排隔离，不会等到确诊才来做。若隐瞒疫情，万一有一天疫情爆发更难应付。 苏莉群指出，砂拉越在处理疫情和数据方面，一切的资讯和防范工作都是为了保护砂拉越人民。冠病病毒影响全世界，相信没有人愿意倒回封城的地步。 “我们要感恩前线人员无私的付出，还有全砂民的努力配合，才有今天的好转局势。我们希望砂拉越持续都是零病例。感恩默默付出的无名英雄。” 他呼吁砂拉越人民持续努力，严格遵守新常态及保持社交距离，以便能够继续压制新冠肺炎病毒，进而让更多商业领域能够在新常态作业模式下开放。最重要的是，砂拉越人民的谅解，合作与团结精神。尤其是在对抗冠病方面，人人都要扮演好自身的角色。 她说，砂拉越政府在落实多方面的严格管制用意就是为了砂拉越能尽快阻断疫情链。在疫情发生，与其提心吊胆，胡乱思想，埋怨过日子，或胡乱听信谣言，不如好好务实求真，努力正面思考，为家人为社区带来正能量。
叶耀星呼吁雇员捍卫自身权力

沈桂贤助民众发展农业
石角区议员拿督斯里沈桂贤鼓励有农耕地的石角民众，多善用土地从事农耕活动，同时也对众多石角居民目前的农业产生成果感到高兴。 他表示，任何一个国家，农业都是国家经济主要支柱之一，一旦有了良好的农业发展成果，就能达到本国自供自给，减少进口的目的。 沈桂贤日前巡视石角多家农场，包括种植水果、蔬菜和养鱼活动后指出，他将会寻求农业部的协助，以便为积极从事农业活动，特别是依靠农业生产为主要经济来源的石角民众，提供必要协助。 最令他感到高兴的是，有不少年轻人已投入农业发展项目，摒弃了只有年长者才会从事农业的想法。 “大部分石角民众都有本身的土地，我们鼓励他们多种植和生产，一来可以增加收入，二来也不会荒废现有的土地。” 沈桂贤说，在砂拉越政府领导下的农业局一路来都非常鼓励民众多从事农业活动，同时也有提供各项协助，以减轻农民的经济负担。 在这方面，他承诺会竭尽所能协助有需要的农民，同时也指示砂首长署政治秘书陈开访问石角区民众，并了解他们当前的状况。
陈超耀授旗予登山者
砂拉越旅游、艺术及文化部助理部长拿督陈超耀律师在砂人联党卑尔骚支部主持授旗礼，为有意征服砂拉越最高山峰——穆鲁山（Mt Murut）的民众壮行。 位于巴卡拉兰的穆鲁山高度为7950米，为砂拉越最高山峰。陈超耀指出，他友人曾在该山顶上看见其他州属的旗帜，他认为当地也应该有砂拉越的旗帜。 爬山者沙盖将花费两天攻顶，首天预料花费4至5小时到半山，隔天再花费同样时间攻顶。根据砂拉越博物院记录，首名成功攻顶者是地理学家Eric Mjoberg。

关心庙宇活动与抗炎 阿贤移交拨款与口罩

古晋圣约瑟学楼展开修复工程
身兼古晋圣约瑟中学校友会主席的砂地方政府及房屋部长拿督斯里沈桂贤，日前见证承包商委任状移交仪式，该校的Mill Hill学楼将进行为期7个月的修复工程。 该学楼是1894年由砂拉越白人拉惹查尔斯布洛克开幕，非常具有历史性。砂政府于2010年将主楼列为文化遗产建筑。 古晋圣约瑟中学Mill Hill学楼修复工程预计耗资550万令吉，目前已经筹集250万令吉，其中150万令吉是砂政府拨款。 该校仍需要300万令吉以完成修复工程，有意捐款者可将捐款汇入May Bank户头，名字是SJS Mill Hill Block Restoration，户头号码511113526004。欲获取捐款收据可将汇款单据电邮至sjsmillhillblock1894@gmail.com。
