程明智：中小学还不宜10月返校复课
砂人联党青年总团长程明智认为，中小学还不宜在10月份起返校复课，教育部应先观察接下来9月中旬至月尾的冠病疫情确诊数据，才作出最终复课的定夺为佳。 他针对教育部高级部长拿督拉兹吉丁昨日公布的学校10月份复课日期指出，此举普遍让学生家长感到忧心忡忡，希望当局能重新检讨。 他发文告指出，根据教育部决定，处于国家复苏计划第2阶段的中六第二学期和国际文凭大学预科班（IBD）第二学期的学生，可在10月3日起全面复课，无须采用轮流制。 “教育部也宣布，处于复苏第4阶段的小学一至三年级的学生，将会率先会在10月17日复课，小学四至六年级的学生则会在10月31日复课，采取轮值流制。” 他声称，显然教育部当局也对10月份学校复课，存有着防疫上的疑虑，才表明届时将采取轮班制进行；因此，也被许多教育界、学生家长认为，并不适宜让学生返校复课。 程明智声称，虽然当局目前已为16岁至17岁的中学生接种冠病疫苗，但还是开始阶段，必须要有时日加以观察，况且中学低年级的学生未接种疫苗情况下，让学生返校复课，存有着很大的风险。 他促教育部应广泛听取专家、教育界及各界人士意见，重要地更要观察接下来疫情的发展，才决定复课事宜，以免学生家长担忧学校感染群爆发，这也是注重学生们安全。 他说，值得关注的是，教育部是让处于国家复苏计划首阶段的所有中小学的学生，在10月3日至12月10日期间，将继续居家网课。

砂拉越人民联合党中央秘书长兼卑尔骚区议员拿督陈超耀律师表示，前首相敦马哈迪应该反省他在两度首相任期期间对砂拉越的态度，是否激起砂拉越人民的本土情绪？ 他说，敦马哈迪日前接受Great People Television线上访问时，指砂拉越及沙巴本土主义会导致国家分裂，并称砂拉越及沙巴过去十分贫穷，但参组马来西亚后不仅摆脱贫穷，而且比马来亚任何州属都富裕。 “砂拉越人民联合党认为，敦马哈迪在发表上述言论时，也应该反省他在两度首相任期是否激起砂拉越人民的本土情绪？以及砂拉越参组马来西亚后，是否真的获得如1963年建国契约阐明应有的待遇？” 陈超耀表示，在马哈迪首个首相任期的22年内，他无法为砂拉越带来最重要的泛婆大道发展工程，在没有完善道路及基本设施下，砂拉越发展远远落后于马来亚，这是不争的事实。 在马哈迪第二个首相任期的22个月内，他仅委任1名砂拉越人入阁，而当时砂希盟主席只是当个副部长，无权参与内阁会议。砂拉越人民还清楚记得，当时入阁的唯一砂拉越代表—工程部长巴鲁比安，不仅没捍卫砂拉越利益，还取消许多砂拉越大型发展工程的拨款。 同时，2018年5月9日希盟在全国大选胜出，不到一个月内，即6月4日，在马哈迪许可下，国油公司大力否决砂拉越石油权益，入禀法庭挑战砂政府征收石油产品销售税权。 2018年12月，马哈迪在民都鲁推展砂土团党，领军西马政党东渡砂拉越，目的显然易见，即要夺下砂拉越政权。当时砂行动党不仅支持西马政党东渡，还帮助马哈迪粉饰这种做法。 2019年，马哈迪在马来西亚日当天出席古晋一项土团党集会，公然声称砂希盟要夺下砂执政权，希望砂拉越人换政府，野心昭然若揭。 更让人感到愤怒的是，马哈迪领导的希盟政府违背种种竞选承诺，包括恢复砂沙权益及承认独中统考等。虽然马哈迪如此恶待砂拉越，砂行动党却从未挺身而出，只在马哈迪面前唯唯诺诺。 砂拉越人民联合党认同砂政党联盟秘书长拿督斯里亚历山大接受《当今大马》访问的言论，即砂拉越激起本土主义的主要因素是马哈迪。在马哈迪首次担任首相期间，砂拉越经济、发展、权益及发展拨款等都被边缘化，在22年来，甚少访问砂拉越。 砂拉越人民联合党认为，砂拉越本土主义是因为唯有砂拉越人才能更好地照顾砂拉越，维护砂拉越权益。近年来联邦政局纷乱，政客终日争权夺利，导致国家冠病疫情和经济复苏计划都受影响，唯有砂拉越始终保持稳定，专注抗疫及解决人民问题。 “我们相信，在本土政党及砂拉越人治理下，砂拉越才能继续保持稳定与发展，朝向2030年先进宏愿。”
