陳超耀臉書被冒用 呼籲公眾提高警惕
砂旅游部副部长拿督陈超耀的脸书账号遭人冒用，不法之徒以相似名字设立假账号，并通过网络平台发送交友请求及诈骗讯息，陈超耀呼吁公众提高警惕，切勿上当受骗。 该假账号名称为“Sabastian Ting”，与陈超耀的英文名字“Sebastian Ting”仅一字之差，显然是有意混淆视听。 据悉，该假账号近日通过脸书私信联系接受好友请求的用户，自称收到来自国家与社区服务公司（CNCS）的来信，并声称可获得高达5万令吉的援助金，无需偿还、无须资格审核，鼓励对方联系所谓的“申领部门”，明显具有诈骗意图。 拿督陈超耀今早在其个人脸书发文澄清，表示该假账号与其本人毫无关联，并提醒大众切勿相信类似讯息。 由于陈超耀目前正出席砂拉越州议会，因此已委托美里市议员陈立仁代为向警方及大马通讯与多媒体委员会（MCMC）报案。

陈超耀：砂政府无意削弱国油公司
砂人联党中央秘书长拿督陈超耀律师针对国盟马樟国会议员袁怀绍日前就石油与天然气权益课题发表的言论作出回应，强调砂拉越并无意削弱国家石油公司（Petronas），但砂必须坚定捍卫根据联邦宪法和建国契约所赋予的权益。 他说，砂拉越人民联合党认同袁怀绍提及有关砂与国石公司之间的争议，应寻求“双赢”解决方案的建议。惟，他对他袁怀绍指“砂拉越不能以削弱国油公司为代价”的言论感到遗憾，并认为这是不必要、带有敌意且对抗意味的言论。 陈超耀今日发文告指出，这起纷争并非关乎石油开采税或权益分配，而是国油公司拒绝承认2016年天然气分配法令作为监管砂天然气分配的法律，而该法律是根据1963年政府间委员会（IGC）建议将砂拉越立法权扩大至电力和天然气分配而立法。 “这意味砂拉越对境内天然气分配拥有行政权力，政府间委员会（其中包括马来亚政府代表）建议立法，并由1963年婆罗洲（立法权）条例执行，该条例是在联邦宪法第第95C条文获得国家元首御准。“ 他强调，既然当年跨政府委员会（IGC）已建议将电力与天然气分配纳入砂拉越立法权范围，最终也获得落实。砂如今必须坚持建国之初所达成的共识，拒绝在此关键权益上作出任何让步。 他重申，砂并无意削弱国油公司，该公司是否强大应取决于其管理层的策略和表现，而非砂行使自身法定权力所致。 他也抨击国油公司长期将砂拉越高达94%天然气出口至日本及韩国，却未能保留足够资源来支持砂本身工业发展及发电需求，这是对宝贵资源的不可持续利用方式。 “砂政府指定砂拉越石油公司（Petros）为唯一天然气聚合商，是为了确保本地用户能以合理价格获取稳定天然气资源，吸引投资者进驻，也配合总理阿邦佐哈里提出将砂打造为东盟区域能源枢纽的愿景。” 他指出，国油公司若愿意配合砂政府落实“天然气发展蓝图”，包括参与离岸天然气田与碳捕集及封存（CCS）项目，将能巩固其业务基础，且在与砂石油公司的合作中获得更多发展机遇。 “虽然国油公司可能因此失去砂境内的天然气下游分配业务，但若能与砂政府展开更广泛的合作，其在清洁能源和跨境输电等领域将受益良多。” 陈超耀也提醒，若国油公司继续漠视砂法律、阻碍发展，将不仅损害国家经济，亦将动摇自身根基，最终对全体大马人民造成不利。 “砂总理已呼吁联邦与砂法律应互相尊重、并存共荣。唯有在这个基础上，砂与国油公司之间的分歧才能寻得圆满解决之道。”
