Newly formed Taskforce Chairman, Datuk Alexander Nanta Linggi announced that the four coalition’s Constitution is now being drafted, and its logo will be unveiled next month on July 22, or Sarawak Day, which has been set as the date for Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) to be formally launched as an official entity. 沈桂贤：砂政府须持续捍卫属于砂拉越人民的权益
砂人联党主席拿督沈桂贤表示，联邦法院针对国油诉讼案的裁决对砂拉越人民而言是一场胜利，感谢砂政府律师团的付出和充分准备。 他强调，尽管联邦法院作出此裁决，但现今砂拉越政府仍必须继续站稳立场，捍卫砂拉越权益，因为未来可能会有更多危害砂拉越人民权益的情况出现。 他说，这次也证明了砂政府去年派出律师团到英国伦敦索取1963年建国契约的举动，并非像行动党所形容般毫无用处，浪费时间。行动党此前所，一旦希望联盟执政，砂拉越人无需协商就可索回权益，但是在国油入禀联邦法院挑战砂拉越石油权益时，他们不仅一昧沉默，还靠向1974年石油发展法令，以及没有力挺砂政府应对诉讼案。 沈桂贤说，更糟糕的是，行动党还误导砂拉越人民相信和抨击过去的砂拉越政府领袖，“断送”砂拉越权益。这显示行动党充其量只是马来亚政党，没有站在砂拉越立场。 他强调，属于砂拉越人民的权益，不应被任何人或法令否决，剥削属于砂拉越人民的权益。砂拉越人民必须团结一致，捍卫属于我们的权益。
砂盟定在722砂拉越日推展
砂拉越政党联盟将在7月22日逢砂拉越日正式推展。 砂盟成立工委会主席拿督亚历山达林奇今日在会议后指出，该工委会成员是包括土保党、人联党、人民党和民进党的代表。人联党秘书长拿督陈超耀律师是工委会成员之一。 他说，为了让砂盟顺利向社团注册局注册，一项临时领导委员会也会成立，成员是各政党主席及秘书长。 他强调，砂盟的章程会根据砂拉越本土特色拟订，同时砂盟还会致函国会，告知已经没有与国阵同在的决定。 “我们也致函予全国国阵代主席拿督斯里阿末扎希，正式表明这件事，并感谢过去的合作。” 与此同时，砂盟如今开放让人民涉及标志，竞赛日期是从本月24日至7月10日。该标志需要具有砂拉越旗颜色和本地特征。首奖得主可获得1万令吉奖金，第二名是5000令吉，第三名是3000令吉及5名安慰奖得主可个别获得1000令吉。
砂政府达雅节大游行
砂首长拿督巴丁宜阿邦佐哈里身穿传统服装，亲自带队达雅节大游行！ 这是继1994年后，砂政府再次主办盛大的达雅节大游行，参与游行的103支队伍达千人以上。队伍从下午3时前就在敦朱加大厦前整装待发，并等待首长阿邦佐哈里伉俪抵达后，一同步行参与游行。 陪同参与游行的州内阁部长包括副首长拿督阿玛道格拉斯、副首长丹斯里詹玛欣、乡区电力与水供部拿督斯里史迪芬伦迪等人，也和首长阿邦佐哈里步行至设在河滨公园的主宾舞台，之后首长阿邦佐哈里等嘉宾便在舞台前进行祈祷仪式，在剪彩后欣赏所有游行队伍经过主宾台。 值得一提的是，游行也有身穿传统达雅服装的达雅族群，在河滨公园水上乘搭舢板上岸，受到达雅族群女舞者的热情迎接。 所举行的达雅节大游行来自全砂的伊班族、乌鲁人及比达友社群及组织，展现他们缤纷多彩的传统服饰、传统表演及文化，让本地市民及外国游客大开眼界。同时，活动也设有丰收节市集，除此之外，砂政府也举办一项晚宴，预计有3000人潮参与其盛，晚宴也会穿插传统民族表演。

国油申请准令要求联邦法院鉴定拥有大马石油包括砂拉越的监管权，今日被马来亚大法官丹斯里阿末玛亚洛裁决不获准是基于诉求不符法令制定门槛。 人联党卑尔骚州议员拿督陈超耀律师今日人在布城联邦法院外接受媒体电话访问时指出，以上裁决砂拉越政府亦获得5万令吉赔偿，是一项指标性的判决案例，更是全国人民尤其是砂拉越人民密切关注的课题。他对砂拉越律团和砂拉越州法律顾问督斯里冯裕中等人的努力表示感激。 陈超耀透露，他昨日和今早都在法庭聆听该案件。 “此次国油公司针对1974年石油发展法令，要求联邦法院诠释国油公司拥有全国包括砂拉越的石油开采权利，国油是要求废除砂越早在1958年，砂拉越尚未参组马来西亚之前便已经持有的1958年砂拉越石油采矿法令，最佳合法管道应该是在砂拉越高庭进行，并非联邦法院。”简单而言，国油“跨越”讼诉管道，直接提呈联邦法院门槛。 亦是砂人联党中央秘书长的陈超耀也指出，他感谢尤其是对该案件非常关心的砂拉越人。捍卫砂拉越人的权益，就所述案件还也只是一个开始，未来将有更多需要全体砂人一起努力。

陈超耀视察礼堂工程
砂人联党卑尔骚区州议员拿督陈超耀律师日前前往甘榜Pulau Melayu视察当地的民众礼堂工程。 这项工程是在乡区转型计划下落实，经费为18万6300令吉，工程是从今年5月15日开始。目前，清理场地、装置天花板、风扇及入口处顶盖的工作正在进行中。 根据承包商，该工程目前进度为55%，预计在今年6月11日可以完工。

State Assemblyman for Piasau, Datuk Sebastian Ting, went on a round of Hari Raya visits to his constituency including the houses of community leaders. Ting said this is a good time to share the joy of Hari Raya with his Muslim brothers. He said it is a blessing that Sarawakians of all races and religions could pay respect and comradeship to one another during festival seasons.
