国油诉讼被联邦法院驳回
国油申请准令要求联邦法院鉴定拥有大马石油包括砂拉越的监管权，今日被马来亚大法官丹斯里阿末玛亚洛裁决不获准是基于诉求不符法令制定门槛。 人联党卑尔骚州议员拿督陈超耀律师今日人在布城联邦法院外接受媒体电话访问时指出，以上裁决砂拉越政府亦获得5万令吉赔偿，是一项指标性的判决案例，更是全国人民尤其是砂拉越人民密切关注的课题。他对砂拉越律团和砂拉越州法律顾问督斯里冯裕中等人的努力表示感激。 陈超耀透露，他昨日和今早都在法庭聆听该案件。 “此次国油公司针对1974年石油发展法令，要求联邦法院诠释国油公司拥有全国包括砂拉越的石油开采权利，国油是要求废除砂越早在1958年，砂拉越尚未参组马来西亚之前便已经持有的1958年砂拉越石油采矿法令，最佳合法管道应该是在砂拉越高庭进行，并非联邦法院。”简单而言，国油“跨越”讼诉管道，直接提呈联邦法院门槛。 亦是砂人联党中央秘书长的陈超耀也指出，他感谢尤其是对该案件非常关心的砂拉越人。捍卫砂拉越人的权益，就所述案件还也只是一个开始，未来将有更多需要全体砂人一起努力。
Petros to implement Sarawak Oil Mining Ordinance
Petroleum Sarawak Berhad (Petros) will now be delegated with the appropriate powers to implement the Sarawak Oil Mining Ordinance (OMO) 1958 as Sarawak exercises its constitutional Rights related to oil and gas activities in the state. 阿邦佐哈里：7月1日起监管砂石油领域
砂首长拿督巴丁宜阿邦佐哈里表示，联邦法院今日的裁决让砂拉越政府可从7月1日起执行法律，监管石油及天然气领域上游及下游活动。 他说，砂政府已经一早表明将会在7月1日起监管石油及天然气领域。 他通过砂首长署发出文告表示，联邦法院今日拒绝国油公司提出的申请，马来亚大法官丹斯里阿末玛亚洛认为国油的申请不符合联邦宪法第4（4）条文，因此拒绝开庭审理。 他指出，国油公司是入禀联邦法院挑战砂拉越政府的石油和天然气监管权。国油认为根据1974年石油发展法令的存在，使1958年砂拉越石油采矿法令应被废除。 阿邦佐哈里感谢砂律师团队，以及过去以来支持砂石油权益的砂拉越人民。他强调，砂石油公司将会执行采矿法令。
Datuk Sebastian on the Federal Court dismissal of Petronas case
Sarawak United Peoples’ Party (SUPP) State Assemblyman for Piasau and Secretary general of the party, Datuk Sebastian Ting expressed great joy when the Federal Court dismissed Petroliam Nasional Bhd (Petronas) application for leave to commence proceedings against the Sarawak state government.
