SUPP concern for rights of Sarawak and it’s sovereignty

SUPP is very concern for the rights of Sarawak and it’s sovereignty with the latest turn of events in the Petronas suit against Sarawak.

The Federal Attorney General has applied to the federal court to have the case adjourned on the ground that the Federal Goverment, led by Pakatan Harapan, wants to intervene in the suit. There is no doubt that The Federal Government will stand on the side of Petronas to fight against Sarawak. This is in total breach of the PH manifesto promise of returning the rights to Sarawak as provided in the Malaysia Agreement 1963.

SUPP challenge YB Chong Chieng Ren to answer the following questions. You are the most qualified to answer 5 questions in relation to the suit by Petronas against Sarawak:

Q1. When you speak for Sarawak in the PH Government do you put Sarawak interest first?

Q2. Do you support the suit by Petronas?

Q.3 Do you agree to the Federal Government now applying to join the suit in support of Petronas against Sarawak?

Q.4 were you briefed beforehand by the PH federal government of this suit ,in particular during your meeting with Tun Mahathir few days before Petronas sued Sarawak?

Q.5 does your party top leadership support this suit, in particular the two DAP ministers in the cabinet?
