阿邦佐哈里：砂公务员获得1个月半花红
砂首长拿督巴丁宜阿邦佐哈里宣布，砂公务员将获得1个月半，或至少2000令吉的花红。这笔花红将在今年12月杪发出。 他今日在砂议会进行总结时指出，砂政府发放这笔花红的目的是表扬这一年来为公共服务领域作出贡献的公务员。 他在提及砂政府行政与公务员制度时，批评在野党议员不断散播恐惧，质疑及暗示砂政府施政不透明及腐败。这些人在没有实质证据之下，作出如此指控，目的是让公众认为砂政府存在问题。 “遗憾的是，当他们不断散播类似指控时，人民会受动摇和相信他们，进而在大选向政府投反对票。” 阿邦佐哈里强调，他接任砂首长时，已经率领砂内阁成员进行廉政宣誓，在反贪污委员会面前展现廉政的决心。砂政党联盟并不愚昧，惧怕在野党的手段。 他说，砂盟执政理念是以人民福利为重，大力发展乡区，为全体人民提供福利保障。砂政府严格遵守法律和财务程序，在现有庞大的储备金下，砂政府在财务信用评级一直都是名列前茅，并连续16年获得国家总稽查司颁发公共帐户廉政管理证书。 他深信，放眼国内其他州属，甚至是联邦政府都没有如此成就。 为了进一步展现施政透明的决心，砂政府决定邀请国家总稽查司参与所有工程项目委员会，以及反贪污委员会参与砂工程招标会议。 阿邦佐哈里警告在野党，若要提出指控，必须带出真凭实据，以事实来挑战，而非单凭揣测，向公众制造假象。这是廉价的政治手段，砂人民不应成为这种廉价政治手段的牺牲品。 他说，他管理砂政府不是为了个人利益，而是为了全砂人民的利益。他绝不允许砂拉越被廉价政治手段所摧毁。

Five SUPP members, Tan Kai, Michael Tiang, Soo Li Ching, Daniel Anak Bujal and Teng Ung Woo were sworn in again before the Chief Minister, Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg as Political Secretaries to the Chief Minister at the State Legislative Assembly yesterday. 陈超耀建议砂议会通过人民公投条例
砂人联党卑尔骚区州议员拿督陈超耀律师强调，砂议会应考量通过人民公投条例（Referendum Ordinance）。 他称，砂议会实施这项公投条例，是为了决定属于砂拉越的事务。 他表示，公投法（Referendum Act）和公投条例（Referendum Ordinance）两者不同。公投法是隶属联邦事务，而是否制定有关公投法是国会的意愿。但公投条例是由砂议会决定是否落实。 陈超耀在砂议会参与2019年砂财政预算案辩论时指出，公投是民主最直接的表决形式，可以让人民针对具争议或挑战性事宜作出表决，因为砂议会82名议员，严格上不可能完全可代表砂拉越人的决定。 鉴于此，他建议砂政府可以进行适当和充分的研究，以在明年的砂议会上可以提呈有关公投条例。 另一方面，陈超耀指出，砂政府或许可从明年起提供2000令吉丧事津贴，作为丧府抚恤金或治丧用途 他表示，他在今年首次召开的砂议会上已建议砂政府提供2000令吉丧事津贴，但这并没被列入明年度财政预算案中。 对于新生儿1000令吉津贴，他对此表示欢迎，但强调丧事也必须获得关注，提供津贴。毕竟人民在面对失去至亲时，内心深感悲痛，除了精神上之外，经济也需要获得援助。 “作为体恤人民的政府，我们应该为他们提供丧事津贴。”

Vaccination for dogs in Miri
A total of 11,124 dogs were already vaccinated in Miri Division this year as of this week to control the rabies infection. This was the latest figure of dogs both strays and pets from the Miri Veteniary Department. 沈坚石：支持希盟的砂选民被泼冷水
人联党实达干支部主席沈坚石表示，在第14届全国大选投给希望联盟的砂选民，在明年度财政预算案公布时，彷佛被泼了冷水。 他指出，上届国选砂人民因看到希盟的竞选宣言，纷纷给予希盟候选人很大支持。 但如今，他们却面临失望局面，尤其是对迟迟没有落实希盟的竞选宣言，如： 1. 20%石油开采税-希盟政府强调继续给予5%石油开采税，另加上20%石油盈利，惟没说明期限 2. 30%发展拨款-财政预算案所得的拨款远低于这个比例。 3. 更多可负担房屋-目前只是获得入住5年后交易的5%税务降低。 4. 一马援助金-部分受惠者所获得的援助金金额从2000令吉降至500令吉。 5. 渔民援助金取消。 6. 农业援助金取消。 7. 高等教育贷学金贷款者仍必须缴付贷款。 8. 油价没有下跌。 沈坚石说，实达干支部虽然尊重选民支持希盟的决定，但对于希盟政府无法在执政首100天内兑现承诺，却深感失望。而且砂希盟领袖一直受马来亚政治主人摆布，没有真正捍卫砂人民权益，反而是帮助西马主人对付发表心声的砂人民。 他呼吁砂人民认清希盟的谎言，无继续受他们欺骗，而是团结一致，捍卫砂拉越权益。
阿邦佐哈里提呈砂史上最庞大财政预算案
砂首长拿督巴丁宜阿邦佐今日在砂议会提呈砂拉越有史以来数额最庞大的财政预算案，涉及数额为119亿令吉。其中90亿7300令吉或占总预算的67%是充作发展开销，其余28亿4100万令吉或24%则为行政开销。 兼任砂财政部长的阿邦佐哈里也宣布，在90亿7300令吉的发展开销中，60亿4900万令吉或占总发展开销的67%将是供乡区发展用途。去年的乡区发展拨款为30亿6200万令吉，而前年则是29亿8200万令吉。这也意味着明年的乡区发展开销同比今年翻了一番。 首长解释，政府决心推动乡区及内陆发展，刺激社会经济发展。 同时，砂政府将从明年1月1日开始，对石油产品征收5%的销售税。将被征税的石油产品包括原油、天然气、液化天然气、化学肥料及气转液产品。政府预计可从中取得38亿9700万令吉税收。 阿邦佐哈里表示，砂政府是经过周全的考虑后做出这项决定。新税收制度在其他收入来源的配合下，将能支撑砂政府落实更多发展项目。 他指出，砂拉越的发展远远落后于西马，因此必须寻求替代收入，以推动发展，以迎头赶上；同时也能缩小城乡发展鸿沟，改善乡区人民的生活素质，使砂拉越能在2030年达到高收入州属的目标。 他强调，砂拉越需要更多的资金，推动乡区的基建设施，水电供应、互联网、学校、诊所、农业及其他经济计划。 与此同时，砂新生婴儿明年将享有1000令吉奖励。 阿邦佐哈里宣布，政府将把100令吉的奖励存入新生婴儿的银行户口，到18岁后才可领出，以供孩子升大学之用。他预计，砂明年将有4万名新生婴儿诞生，因此砂政府将拨款4000万令吉充作这项用途。 他强调，只要是砂拉越公民都能享有这项福利，这是跨种族、宗教、家庭背景或收入奖励。
2018年工程师跑步活动
砂地方政府及房屋部长拿督沈桂贤表示，砂目前仍需要更多工程师，尤其是化学领域的工程师。 他今日为2018年工程师跑步活动主持开幕礼时表示，工程师需求仍然庞大，这对工程系在籍学生是个好消息。根据调查，在2020年之际，国内需要至少20万名工程师，但目前职场只有7万名工程师。 他说，在迈向科技时代的当儿，工程师也必须迎合时代步伐，装备数码科技知识。同时，砂首长拿督巴丁宜阿邦佐哈里也推出2018年至2022年数码经济发展蓝图，积极落实数码经济策略。 沈桂贤说，人们对数码科技存有错误观念，认为转型成数码化只是创造全新平台，以新型软件或科技谋求改变，但实际上，数码科技不仅仅需要科技软件的支持，运用者在日常工作上也需要随之改变。 “所幸砂政府已经开始启动数码转型的步伐，以便在2030年时，砂拉越可以真正发达与进步。” 他表示，共有2031人参与今年的工程师跑步活动，而且今年还增设21公里项目。他认为，尽管21公里具有挑战性，但参赛者若抱着自我挑战的精神，势必能完成挑战，在生活上更有毅力。
