陈超耀欢迎免费巴士概念
砂人联党卑尔骚区州议员拿督陈超耀律师欢迎砂首长拿督巴丁宜阿邦佐哈里有关砂政府可能仿效西马，落实免费巴士服务的宣布。 他认为，免费巴士有助于舒缓交通阻塞，以及减轻低收入阶层的生活负担。 陈超耀今日在文告中表示，公共交通系统不完善及道路车辆增加，为道路使用者带来严重影响。他去年在砂议会提出，砂拉越正蓬勃发展中，公共交通系统非常重要，尤其在城市地区，完善的公共交通系统可避免车辆激增，导致严重交通阻塞的问题。 他很高兴阿邦佐哈里也抱着同样想法，认为砂政府应该展开应对措施，如免费巴士服务，借此鼓励公众使用公共交通系统。此外，砂政府也必须考虑其他公共交通系统如轻快铁。 “轻快铁计划可在在大城市如古晋、美里、诗巫及民都鲁落实，让居民充分利用此项便利。” 陈超耀强调，凡是能减轻中下阶层，减轻人民生活负担的措施都是利民政策。他希望阿邦佐哈里也考虑学校巴士业者的处境，近年来，由于汽油价格高涨，学校巴士业者面对沉重的负担。 他说，砂政府或许可以为学校巴士业者提供经济上援助，让他们可以安心作业，安全地载送学生上学及放学。 他也表示，绿色科技是未来的趋势，他希望砂拉越很快可拥有氢气动力巴士。这方面，他相信阿邦佐哈里已经努力实现这个目标。
