李景胜移交助理部长职权予陳超耀
原任砂旅游、艺术及文化部助理部长拿督李景胜今日移交职权予拿督陳超耀律师，仪式是由砂旅游、艺术及文化部长拿督阿都卡林见证。 李景胜近期在砂内阁改组中擢升正部长，掌管交通部。陳超耀则是首次入阁。 阿都卡林在仪式上发言时，恭贺李景胜升迁，也感谢他对砂旅游、艺术及文化部的贡献。他相信李景胜丰富的经验，能胜任交通部长的工作，让砂交通领域全面发展。 他也恭贺陳超耀入阁，并相信凭着陳超耀过去积极推动旅游发展的经验，能为砂旅游业作出贡献。 李景胜表示，他相信陳超耀能胜任助理部长的职务，而他会在新岗位上，继续为砂拉越作出贡献，尤其是推动更多直飞航班落实，包括中国直飞航班。他期望在近期内将会有关于中国航线的好消息。 陳超耀则承诺，会与阿都卡林密切配合，带动砂旅游业发展。

符祥威偕黄鸿圣市长视察朋岭组屋环境情况
砂人联青总团秘书兼朋岭支部副秘书符祥威日前携甫上任的南市市长拿督黄鸿圣前往视察朋岭高原组屋四周严重的糟糕情况。 前日，符祥威收到来自该处乡区安全与发展委员会主席甲必丹彭裕华署名的信函时即刻在当日随同甲必丹前往朋岭高原组屋了解情况。结果发现，组屋四周除了野草依然丛生，同时垃圾随处都是，沟渠污水不通，环境卫生极差导致蚊虫滋长细菌滋生等问题。 符祥威指出，这是美丽的古晋市另一面镜子，多年来无人问津，更无人理会。如今新市长黄鸿圣剛走马上任第5天，一向作风雷厉风行的他昨天早上就向符祥威提出亲自前往该处探个究竟，身先力行走入基层走访城市的另一面，对此符祥威为组屋居民们感到十分欣慰与感激。 南市市长拿督黄鸿圣指出，他已指示南市官员收集一切相关资料，着手处理并与先与组屋的屋主与居民们展开对话，一切将依法行事。 早在2015年，符祥威曾就朋岭高原组屋问题向南市市议会反映并与当时的副市长与官员们展开对话。当时会议的结果是，因该组屋属私人发展地段，在1995年分层地契法令的第23（1）条文下，组屋单位的居民们必需成立与组成组屋管理机构（management corporation）来负任管理、清理与打扫该组屋的周围环境与卫生，而非市议会负责的范围，除了每周定期的垃圾收集及组屋停车场的路灯维修之外。 符祥威当时也向市议会指出，在1995年分层地契法令的第27A条文下，市议会有权接管任何分层地契组屋或公寓的管理机构，前提是由该组屋屋主组成的管理机构无法有效执行任务，或在组屋屋主的利益上，有关组屋管理事项能在市议会的接管下更有效地执行该组屋管理事务。（第27A(1)(b)(c)） 黄鸿圣也指出，作为执法单位的市议会，在该法令下，若市议会有必要接管该组屋的管理机构，同时也在组屋屋主们的一致赞同下，他将遵循第27A条文征询地方政府部长的同意以让南市接管该朋岭高原组屋，以一劳永逸的方式来解决长达20多年的问题。
砂人联党向印尼领事馆了解灭火行动
砂拉越面对严重烟霾侵袭，联邦相关部门特别是环境部一直没为砂提供各相关资料与详情，砂首长署政治秘书陈开等人昨日特地前往印尼驻古晋总领事馆，亲自了解印尼方面的灭火行动和其他后援情况。 陈开是与砂人联党中央妇女组主席许德婉和巴都林当支部青年团团长莫壮平前往印尼驻古晋总领事馆，并获得副总领事林奇柏蒂妮和印尼警察联络官佐尼戈达马拉的接见，他们向陈开汇报了目前印尼，特别是西加里曼丹的最新烟霾状况。 根据林奇表示，印尼方面从上个月就启动国家扑灭林火机制，而国家外交部也在昨日会见驻该国的各大使馆人员，向他们汇报印尼的烟霾情况。 她表示，印尼迄今已经投入超过1万名消拯人员、企业公司代表和民间组织参与这次的扑灭林火行动，而且也出动18架直升机对发生林火的地区投掷水弹。 基于西加里曼丹是这次烟霾的“重灾区”，所有18架直升机中都是在西加执行任务。 林奇说，印尼政府已经对涉嫌与此次烟霾事件有关的19家当地园丘种植公司进行调查。她表示，印尼政府非常重视和关注此次事件，也通过卫星图像了解热点，当中也发现砂拉越与西加边界地区同样不少的热点。 林奇对陈开等人的到访和亲自了解详情感到高兴，认为这是双方最有效的沟通方式。
陈超耀参观石隆门旅遊景点
砂旅遊、艺术及文化部助理部长拿督陈超耀律师昨日前往石隆门了解当地的旅游景点设施。 他认为，石隆门有许多美丽且有历史性的景点，若加上一些改进及提升，更多的宣传及推广至国外，石隆门有潜能成为遊客到访古晋及砂拉越时，必经的旅遊胜地。 陈超耀抵达石隆门时，受到砂人联党石隆门支部主席张伟凌、社区领袖本曼查黄扬浪、本固鲁陈步南及石隆门县议员等迎接。享用早餐后，前往著名的石隆门风洞及碧湖参观。 人随后也前往保灵山洞穴以及有150年历史的华人庙宇参观，了解石隆门的历史事迹。历史学者李海丰在场向陈超耀解说华人在石隆门的事迹，尤其是刘善邦率领华人矿工开採金矿的故事。 陈超耀对石隆门的历史深深被吸引，希望这个地方的故事能继续被广为人知，成为旅遊的卖点。 相信，在当地社区领袖、居民及砂旅遊、艺术及文化部一起努力下，会有更多遊客前往石隆门观光。

SUPP Public Complaints Bureau (SUPP PCB) Chief, Wilfred Yap together with other SUPP Stampin Sub Branch members recently visited residents of Stampin Resettlement Scheme to inform eligible land owners under the resettlement or village extension programme to urgently submit their land premium refund applications to the Land & Survey Department.
The purpose of the visit to residents is because a lot of eligible landowners are still not aware of the land premium refund and that the deadline for the application for the land premium refunds shall expire on the October 31. 砂拉越人民联合党中央秘书长拿督陈超耀律师表示，砂拉越人民联合党全力支持重新编组砂拉越游骑兵团或边界保安部队，以加强砂拉越边界，尤其是印尼加里曼丹边境的保安。 目前，当地的边界保安可说是仍有不足，毕竟砂拉越与印尼有 漫长的边界线。 他指出，这情况导致边境出现许多非法的“老鼠路”，人们通过非法途径进入砂拉越。 陈超耀通过文告表示，重新编组砂拉越游骑兵团将可以帮助加强砂拉越边界的保安，避免任何怀有不良意图者可轻易进入砂拉越境内，破坏治安与安宁。 他说，砂拉越游骑兵团或边界保安部队的成员须来自砂拉越本土人，因为惟有本地人清楚了解砂拉越的情况。实际上，伊班同胞是出色的武装部队成员，英殖民政府曾经于1948年年 至1960年年招募伊班战士担任游骑兵团，捍卫砂拉越领土。 “显然，我们曾经拥有辉煌且杰出的游骑兵团及边界保安部队，但在1963年年马来西亚成立后，随着砂拉越签署建国契约，立下汗马功劳的砂拉越游骑兵团及边界保安部队被吸纳于皇家骑兵部队 ，属于马来西亚武装部队的一份子。” 陈超耀说，当时砂拉越领袖可能认为这是可以接受的做法，信任联邦政府的武装部队可以很好地保卫砂拉越边境。但56年后的今日，砂拉越边境保安不足，导致靠近边界的城镇 ，如西里京治安一直无法让人放心。因此，重新编组砂拉越游骑兵团及边界保安部队是有必要的，这主要是为了加强砂拉越边界保安。 他强调，虽然国防是联邦政府权限，但这不应该成为砂政府与联邦政府协商，重新编组游骑兵团的阻碍。 “这做法将对砂拉越带来好处，我们都深爱砂拉越，也自然有责任保护它，就 像砂政党联盟国州议员捍卫砂拉越权益一样。”
程明智支持重新编组砂拉越游骑兵团
砂拉越人民联合党中央青年总团长程明智今天发表文告支持山都望区国会议员拿督斯里旺朱乃迪日前建议砂拉越必须拥有自己的保安部队，特别是重新编组砂拉越游骑兵团（Sarawak Rangers）保卫砂拉越边界。 程明智强调，“根据1963年马来西亚协议第5条文，砂拉越拥有管制入境砂拉越的移民自主权。移民自主权对砂拉越来说是非常重要。因此在建国53年来，为了能够保全砂拉越移民自主，砂拉越移民局长和所有在砂拉越驻收入境处的移民局官员都必须是砂拉越公民。” “但是如果砂拉越没有保卫自己边界的管制权和参与，而单单只有移民自主权管制入境是不够全面的。在保卫砂拉越边界事务上，我们根本不能让他人去为我们自己做这些事！这是不合逻辑的！” “这就好像说，一位屋主只有权力看管自己屋子面前的铁门。但是对于屋子四周的篱笆，这位屋主却无权参与看管，而是必须交给他人去负责。这是无法接受的笑话！“ ”非常明显的，最适合看守和保卫砂拉越边界的必然是对砂拉越疆土最了解的砂拉越游骑兵团！因此重新编组砂拉越游骑兵团是时候了！砂拉越游骑兵团不只能够增强砂拉越边界的看管和保安，砂拉越边界的执法更能够得到提升，特别是在防堵传染病入侵砂拉越方面。最近狂犬病在砂拉越爆发事件，主要原因其中之一就是由马来西亚皇家警察和军队管制的边界无法有效禁止来自加里曼丹的狗只入境砂拉越而导致的。以上事件就是我们没有自己边界保安最明显的教训和警钟。“
