人联党：张健仁勿为自己脸上贴金
砂人联党中央教育局发文告批评身为砂希盟主席的张健仁只敢拿华教拨款沾沾自喜，却不敢提希盟政府取消拉曼大学大笔拨款和爪夷文单元“入侵”华小的事。 文告称，张健仁马不知脸长，自己往自己脸上贴金，大言不惭说希盟比国阵对华教拨款倍增，但却不提砂政府对砂州华文独中拨款，从前几年的300万令吉，逐年增加到今年的800万令吉。 “张健仁以简单数据为希盟政府歌功颂德，避重就轻以2017和2018年的拨款对比，就誣指国阵对华校拨款少了一半，而且还刻意贬低国阵议员的拨款拖拉，这种毫无根据的指责出自一位副部长所发表的文稿中，真是让人笑掉大牙，只是自损形象而已。” 砂人联党一向为华社发声，极力向联邦及州政府拨款华校，不管是过去国阵政府抑或是现在的希盟政府，只要能列入预算拨款资助华教，我们都给予支持和赞扬。不过，希盟政府对华教虽恢复了一些拨款，但仍做的不够，乏善可陈，因此才不会感到什么可喜可贺。 故此，人联党认为到底国阵与希盟，谁对华教比较好，这只有留待历史去评断。但从国阵掌政数十年，没有关闭一所华小、华中或独中，让马来西亚的华文教育勃蓬勃发展，而且还批准創立南方学院、新纪元学院及拉曼学院与大学等，这可是国人有目共睹的。反观希盟才执政中央一年多，就马上要在华小推行学习爪夷文书法、重推宏愿学校等受到华社強烈反弹的教育政策，谁对华教好不已是高下立见了吗？ “要争取华校的更好待遇是要讲政治实力的，但偏偏华社不够团结，而且还多数支持行动党等反对党，以致在朝时的马华、民政及人联党在选举中受到重挫，苟延残喘。但那时在国阵中的华基政党，仍能以有限的政治力量，维护好我国华教的发展。” 人联党称，如今，行动党受到95%华裔选民支持，在国会中拥有43位国会议员，在希盟成员党中也占有三分之一的国会席次，照常理应该会有更大的影响力。因此，行动党能为华校多争取一些拨款，也是顺理成章的事，根本不足以拿来炫耀和踩低前朝政府。 就以2017和2018为例，马华、民政加上人联党只有9位华裔国会议员，就能为华校保住5千万令吉拨款，而行动党有43位国会议员，却只能恢复到国阵过去对华教的拨款，这又有何值得骄傲和趾高气昂的？ 纳吉任相时代，囯阵就开始有对华教拨款，过去也曾列入预算一年拨款一亿令吉的记录，但我们还是顺应华社诉求，认为拨款仍嫌不足，必须向联邦政府争取更多拨款，以滿足华社的期望。因此，我们挑战民行党人勿忘爱护和支持华教，除了应將制度化拨款华校列入教育法令中，也尽快兑现承诺承认独中统考文凭。

苏莉群：不给20%油税 希盟明目张胆跳票
