砂政府入禀法庭向国油追讨销售税
砂拉越政府今日正式向古晋高等法庭提交“传讯令状”（writ of summons）及诉讼文件，以向国油公司(Petronas)追讨拖欠的5％石油产品销售税。 砂首长署助理部长（法律、州及联邦关系及计划监督）莎丽花哈茜达在文告中表示，国油公司并未按照1998年州销售税法令，偿还5％石油产品销售税予砂政府。 她说，砂政府在没有选择的情况下，唯有采取法律诉讼行动，以向国油公司作出追讨。 “砂政府于今日向古晋高等法庭注册，正式向国油公司提出诉讼。”

A writ of summons and statement of claim have been filed by the Comptroller of the State Sales Tax and the Sarawak government against Petronas at the High Court registry in Kuching today.
