陈超耀砂旅游、创意产业及表演艺术部副部长(旅游)拿督陈超耀今午视察甘榜布劳马来尤五人制足球场休闲设施工程,有关工程已完成95%将于原订的10月8日期限竣工。 陈超耀今午在甘榜布劳马来尤村长德拉曼、美里市政局工程师、承包商及其机要秘书谢家洪一行人的陪同下,视察这项耗资15万令吉的甘榜布劳马来尤五人制足球场改善工程。 陈超耀说,这项工程透过申请2024年乡区转型计划获得15万令吉拨款,作为协助该村升级这座五人制足球场设施,包括重新修复周围围栏、安装照明灯、球网、球架、修复厕所及增建一座休息亭子等。 他指出,目前已完成逾95%,仅剩一些善后工作,包括安装球网等,便可完成移交工程。 陈超耀表示,这是他为选区内落实的主要健康休闲设施之一,目的是希望改善社区基础建设、推动健康生活与青年发展,并鼓励人民参加健康活动,因为提倡健康的生活是非常重要的。
人联党中央妇女组呼吁立即研究推动全面性教育
针对近期吉兰丹州总警长拿督莫哈末尤索夫就“法定强奸”所发表的言论,人联党中央妇女组呼吁社会应以更理性与全面的态度看待,而不是流于片面化的谴责。 人联党中央妇女组发文告强调,现行法律对于“法定强奸”的界定十分明确:未成年人在法律上不具备给予性行为同意的能力,因此成年人一旦涉及,必须承担刑责。这是保护儿童与青少年的法律底线,绝不容动摇。 人联党中央妇女组也指出,吉兰丹州总警长拿督莫哈末尤索所提出的观察与建议,虽然在表达上引发争议,但其出发点是基于长期执法经验所看到的社会现象,尤其是涉及青少年“双方同意”的情况。这一点值得社会正视与深思。 “若青少年当中普遍存在自愿发生性行为的情况,社会不能仅仅停留在谴责层面,而是必须认真反思,我们是否在家庭教育、校园教育、性健康资讯与社会支持方面做得足够?如果青少年缺乏正确的性知识、价值观与自我保护意识,那么单靠法律惩罚是远远不够的。” 人联党中央妇女组认为,随着社会的不断演变,一些法律或许已不再适应当下的现实,因此有必要进行定期的检讨与修订,以确保其符合当前社会的实际需要和教育目标。明确而与时俱进的法律,不仅是司法裁量的重要依据,也应成为教育下一代的重要工具,让青少年清楚理解法律责任与社会期望。 “相关法律必须或应该赋予警方权利进行全面调查,以确定未成年人是否受到影响、被强迫,或是双方自愿的情况,因为当中并不存在绝对的答案。” “拿督莫哈末尤索夫的言论也进一步凸显了加强青少年性教育与女性权利教育和保障的重要性,唯有通过正确的知识传递与价值观引导,才能让下一代具备明辨是非的能力,并作出更负责任的决定。” 人联党中央妇女组呼吁政府与相关当局立即研究推动全面性教育,在校园及家庭教育中加强有关责任、健康人际关系与性健康的课程。同时建议政府也应该与专家、社团及民间组织对话,确保法律在保护未成年人的同时,也能作为教育的延伸。 “我们必须记住,保护下一代并不只是惩罚性的措施,而是要让他们拥有正确的知识、价值观与判断力。唯有教育与法律并进,社会才能真正减少青少年性问题与法定强奸案件的发生。” 另外,社会也必须营造理性公共讨论的环境。因此媒体与公众在处理此类敏感议题时,应避免断章取义或过度情绪化,而是聚焦于如何解决问题。 人联党中央妇女组也呼吁,社会在面对此类议题时应避免情绪化反应,而应理性建设性地讨论,以确保法律与教育体系能够与时并进,真正守护孩子们的未来。
Sarawak Secures RMB100m Investment to Establish First Alibaba Digital Commerce Industry College Outside China
Sarawak is set to become the regional hub for cross-border e-commerce and artificial intelligence (AI) education following a RMB100 million investment partnership between IMSEA Education (M) Sdn Bhd and Hangzhou Pute Education Group.
