美里人造湖公园停车场扩建工程竣工
美里人造湖公园第二期修建及优化计划工程共纳入6大项目，其中一项扩建停车场工程已经竣工，从原本的50个泊车位增加至107个泊车位，包括设有2个残障人士泊车位。 砂拉越旅游、创意产业及表演艺术部副部长拿督陈超耀表示，6大项目即是兴建滑板场、八角休息亭、绿化公园、扩建停车场、脚车潮玩运动场及兴建雨盖篮球场，其中一项预计在本月15日竣工的扩建停车场工程提前竣工。 他表示，现今已成扩建的泊车位设有2个残障人士泊车位，及4个流动餐车停驻点，升阳集团的这项设计主要是考量到将弱势社群及流动餐车经营者所需要。 陈超耀是于今早在联同升阳集团首席营运员邓文亮、美里市政局工程部、本固鲁及市议员们在前往进行巡视工程时，如此表示。 “上述的其中4大工程项目，即是扩建停车场、兴建滑板场、八角休息亭及绿化公园都将是由升阳集团赞助展开，另外2项工程即是脚车潮玩运动场及兴建雨盖篮球场是在我的2023年乡区转型计划下申请拨款协助展开。” 陈超耀说，升阳集团的4大项目，已经完成停车场的扩建泊车位工程项目，其他项目依据进行包括绿化公园、八角休息亭及滑板场。 他指出，至于脚车潮玩运动场则会通过旗下乡区转型计划下获得拨款60万令吉展开工程，至于雨盖篮球场同样是通过今年的乡区转型计划中寻求申请拨款执行工程。 他说，除了上述6大项目的展开，他寻求美里市政局展开美化树项目，进一步美化美里人造湖公园周边环境，并建议栽种风铃木，每当在进入盛开的季节，风铃木花树开得茂盛，使到周边环境增添艳丽的色彩，令人赏心悦目。 陈超耀表示，他在前往美里人造湖公园进行巡视发现，周边环境卫生整洁，感谢美里人民给予的配合共同保持环境清洁及美观，减少随意乱丢垃圾的不良习惯。 他感谢升阳集团副总裁拿督林如健为回馈社会的善举，通过履行企业社会责任（CSR）精神回馈社会，并感谢全体参与者及人民给予的合作与支持，使到硬体设施可以获得提升，优化公园的全体设施，让民众受惠。

It was another awesome street performance by the people of Kuching where more than 60 teams comprising of 3,000 people from the kampung, schools and colleges with different cultural groups, martial arts, Silats, Tai – chi, Marching bands, NGO, local councils, Government agencies and PDRM took to the streets in Saturday in Kuching center, said Deputy Premier, Dato Sri Dr Sim Kui Hian. 陈超耀：60支队伍参与古晋街游行
预计将有来自60支队伍约2千多人参与本周六（5日）的古晋街游行。 砂旅游、创意产业及表演艺术部副部长拿督陈超耀在新闻发布会上表示，游行将从下午6时开始，路线全长2.5公里，从浮罗岸的Travillion商业中心出发，一直到敦哈吉奥本路的邮政局大楼。 “这次街头游行是为了纪念砂拉越独立60周年而举行，队伍由来自政府机构、学术机构、学校、私人组织、乡村发展和安全委员会以及当地少数民族非政府组织的代表组成。” 而此次街头游行的主题为砂拉越的进步繁荣。 陈超耀指出，古晋街头游行是计划于砂拉越独立庆祝活动同时举行的三场游行之一。另外两场则将分别于8月12日在诗巫及8月19日在美里举行。 砂拉越总理拿督巴丁宜丹斯里阿邦佐哈里将作为街头游行主宾，陪同的还有旅游、创意产业及表演艺术部长拿督斯里阿都卡林。 他说，砂总理预计当晚8时15分抵达，其中参与古晋街头游行的受邀录音艺人包括有At Adau、Carrie Geres、Rickie Andrewson、Firdaus Materang和Raquel。 除了游行外，其它活动还包括了袖珍表演、餐车、摄影比赛及烟花表演等。 他还透露说，完整的彩排将于本周五晚7时30分进行，受影响的道路预计将从活动当天中午12时开始关闭。而整个彩排日的受影响道路则将从下午6时开始关闭。 他还称，古晋、诗巫、美里的每场街头游行都会有自己的特别亮点，例如古晋街头游行将在游行中展示社区包容性、诗巫游行将有统一的灯光和灯笼游行，而美里则有16支队伍的装饰车参与。
洪清河石厂湖第一阶段工程完成
