沈桂贤：82万修复甘榜登雅双溪河畔
砂地方政府部长拿督沈桂贤披露，针对日前崩塌的甘榜登雅双溪河畔，水利灌溉局正积极展开修复河畔工程。 他说，有关河畔是今年2月与5月发生大水灾时，造成泥沙大量崩塌，今已获得联邦政府拨款82万令吉，作为修复工程费用。 他强调，这是对人民的承诺，这也是目前急需解决的问题。 沈桂贤披露，有关工程长约400米，预计需要6个月，或在今年11月完成。他强调，本身是石角选民选出来的代议士，如今选举结束，正是他履行承诺的时候。

Walkabout at Miri Ramadan stalls
Dato Sebastian together with YB Datuk Lee Kim Shin, Mr. Adam Yii, and other local party committee members went on a walk about around the Ramadhan stalls at the Miri Indoor Stadium. 巡视石角区工程
砂地方政府部长兼人联党石角区州议员拿督沈桂贤于日前，与一众石角支部党员及地方领袖一同巡视石角多个地区的基建提升工程。 这些地区包括石角德沙威拉徙殖区第二期第17巷5I沟渠扩大及挖深工程、斯里味源港花园廉价组屋区沟渠与道路疏通工程及斯里味源港廉价组屋区道路重铺沥青工程。 沈桂贤首站是巡视石角德沙威拉第17巷5I挖深水沟工程。该工程耗资逾3万令吉，长达约1公里。 他表示，该水沟之前是泥地，每逢下起大雨时，因雨水来不及排出就淹水。 他称，前来巡视的目的是确保挖掘工程的进展。此项挖深工程是于达雅节之前施工，目前工程已近完成。 下一站是前往斯里味源港花园廉价组屋区巡视那里的沟渠与道路疏通工程。沈桂贤指出，该项工程耗资1万5000令吉，是通过他的州议员拨款进行。该区的道路每次下雨就聚水，甚至流到附近的组屋区，现在当局已在清理沟渠的泥沙和在聚水路旁挖掘出口，导出聚水，重现干净。 最后一站是巡视味源港花园廉价组屋区道路铺上沥青工程。他说，该工程是来自于郊区转型计划的拨款进行，耗资2万5000令吉，提升的道路全长约2公里。
移交上议员拨款
砂人联党主席拿督沈桂贤上议员，于日前在人联党总部移交上议员拨款予古晋地区31个受惠团体。 他呼吁民众在来临全国大选，踊跃支持国阵候选人，以便社团组织可以获得稳定的活动经费。 他表示，国会议员的拨款一般比州议员更多，因此希望人民在下届国会选举把票投给国阵候选人，届时这些国会议员就能与州议员配合，给予更多拨款以便能够展开各项社区服务。
