Raya visit in Miri
State Assemblyman for Piasau, Dato’ Sebastian Ting who is also Sarawak United Peoples: Party (SUPP) Secretary general, went on a round of Raya visit in Miri to community leaders and friends.
Ting said this is a joyous occasion and Sarawak is blessed with a multi racial culture and religion who are able to live together in harmony and peace.
He urged all races to understand each other’s culture and to respect one another as this is something that is lacking in many parts of the world and even in some of our states. He said Sarawak should stand proud to show the rest of Malaysia what the meaning of harmony is all about.
