砂人联党卑尔骚区州议员拿督陈超耀律师今早前往美里Pulau Melayu国小巡视当地的排水通道提升工程。 他是在美里市政局工程师及社区领袖陪同下进行巡视，该工程是2018年乡区转型计划下落实。过去，该地底下的排水通道很小，经过提升后，它变得更宽，可以将水排出两侧通道。 陈超耀对工程表示满意，因它可解决学校经常面对的水灾问题。他希望学校周围住宅区的排水通道也可以获得提升。 他指出，一些居民申诉工程完成后，会出现积水问题。他已经指示美里市政局工程师关注此事，找出解决方案。

阿邦佐哈里：砂政府拨逾62亿落实发展计划
砂首长拿督巴丁宜阿邦佐哈里宣布，砂政府将拨款62亿4千万令吉予全砂进行324项计划，当中包括乡区转型计划。 他说，目前一些获批的计划已在进行当中，另一些则处于策划、草拟的初步阶段。砂政府已鉴定一些将会进行现代化农业项目的地区，沿路公路及泛婆公路都会经过有关地区。 他指出，道路和桥梁等基础设施可以缩小城乡之间的距离，其影响深远，砂政府目前正在进行多项道路工程，部份已经完成施工或施工当中，也有的还处在设计或研究阶段。其中数项耗费比较高的工程是沿海公路的4座桥梁，有关计划分成多个配套进行。 阿邦佐哈里今日主持第3次砂发展协调委员会后表示，砂政府所批准的道路提升计划许多已在兴建当中，虽然计划涉及庞大资金，但最重要的还是将让人民受惠。配合沿海大道工程，政府也将在巴当鲁巴、拉刹、拉翁岸、克盟娜兴建大桥，以连接沿海公路。 他透露，砂政府也决定在砂拉卓的实巴荷及拉让上游的曼本兴建小型机场，作为运输机运送农业产品，或为当地人提供飞行服务。 阿邦佐哈里今早也配合上任2周年，推展政绩手册，并移交予美里省长、县长及天猛公哈志阿都拉曼，以派发给各部门、社区领袖。他也移交300万令吉拨款予苏必士县议会及200万令吉科廷大学。 出席今早活动包括副首长拿督阿玛道格拉斯、砂教育、科学与工艺研究部长拿督斯里麦克马因、福利、妇女与社会和谐部部长拿督斯里花蒂玛阿都拉、公用事业部长拿督斯里史蒂芬伦迪、房屋及地方政府部长拿督沈桂贤、拿督李景胜助理部长、罗茜助理助理部长、拿督陈超耀州议员、利宾州议员及丹尼斯奥州议员等人。

Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg unveiled the Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) logo yesterday at the Parti Pesaka Bumiputera Bersatu (PBB) headquarters. 砂盟犀鸟标志面世

陈超耀：林冠英回应旅游税课题言论让人震惊
砂人联党对于联邦财政部长林冠英对砂部长提出的课题，非但没有认真处理，还玩弄政治的做法感到震惊。 砂人联党中央秘书拿督陈超耀律师发表文告指出，砂旅游、艺术、文化、青年及体育部长拿督阿都卡林之前提出，砂政府还未收到联邦政府应该交出的270万令吉旅游税，他对此表示关注。但是，林冠英并没有妥善回应阿都卡林，甚至还情绪化地批评砂政府应该偿还联邦政府的25亿令吉贷款，尤其是已过偿还期限，理应缴付的5000万令吉。 旅游税及砂拉越拖欠的联邦债务根本是两回事。人民可以轻易看出两者之间的差异，但林冠英非但不能，还情绪激动，或在某些程度上，还可称为幼稚。绝大部分砂人民对林冠英的反应感到不满。 人民希望林冠英看回第14届全国大选前他录制的视频，这可能会让他回想起他对砂拉越及沙巴许下过的承诺。当时林冠英口口声声捍卫砂拉越及沙巴的参组马来西亚平等伙伴地位，令大部分砂沙人民感到敬佩，给予大力支持。 “那时候林冠英以强烈语气，表达他对砂沙不公平待遇的不满，他坚定表示，若没有沙巴及砂拉越，就不会有今日的马来西亚。他不断重复砂拉越、沙巴及马来亚共组马来西亚，是平等伙伴。” 他说，当时林冠英也质问为何砂沙被视为其中一个州属，而且砂沙人民感觉被漠视，发展比不上西马。在石油开采税课题上，砂沙应该获得更多，而不是只有5%。 如今林冠英身为财政部长，人民希望看到他履行承诺，记得自己曾经说过的言论，而不是向他提出要求时，被报以激烈的回应。林冠英不应该以如此的语气回应他人的要求。
Allocations for schools

沈桂贤巡视煤炭路政中沟渠提升工程
砂地方政府及房屋部长兼石角区州议员拿督沈桂贤日前巡视煤炭路政府中学校前的沟渠提升工程。 在场包括巴都吉当区州议员兼巴达旺市议会主席罗克强及煤炭路政府中学的校长。 该耗资90万令吉的工程实际上已经到了截止日期，承包商承诺会加速进展，让工程尽快完工。 自从去年以来，巴达旺市议会已经两度与承包商开会，讨论工程延缓的问题。 这工程是砂政府在治水计划下的工程，一旦完工，可解决煤炭路政府中学经常面对的闪电水灾问题。
许德婉：希盟一再拖延承认统考让人失望
砂人联党中央妇女组主席许德婉对联邦政府一再以各种借口拖延承认统考文凭感到失望，并以砂拉越政府2015年起即承认统考，也没有因此造成砂拉越社会不和的事实，反击首相敦马哈迪日前发表承认UEC或影响社会和谐的说法。 首相敦马哈迪日前表示，政府在承认统考文凭之前必需先考虑各族感受及解决国家贫富不均问题。 “我还记得教育部长之前和董总讨论出的结果是只要统考生能在马来文及马来西亚历史科中考获“优等”（Credit）即可。然而，随着事件发展，承认统考文凭现在竟牵扯出种族情绪、财富不均、国民和谐及可能威胁马来文作为国家语文的地位问题。” 站在个人立场，她很遗憾前朝政府没来得及承认统考，同时也为砂拉越政府愿意承认UEC感到安慰。因此，她希望涉及统考文凭承认工作的各造能认真看待有关事宜，以莘莘学子的利益为先，因为无论任何源流的教育，都是以为国家培养健全发展人才为出发点。 除了再次申明UEC受全球各大专院校认可的事实外，许德婉今日在文告中也质疑联邦政府指承认统考文凭或影响社会和谐的说法。 “砂拉越政府自2015年起承认统考文凭，这个勇敢的决定非但没有在砂拉越造成如联邦政府吓唬国民般的“社会动乱”，反倒让砂拉越人以互相认同、互相包容的归属感，为自己身为砂拉越子民感到骄傲。” 针对行动党古晋区国会议员俞利文指砂人联党过去数十年作为国阵执政政府的一份子，却未能解决承认UEC一事，许德婉再次提醒俞利文，切勿忘记是希望联盟领袖，包括砂拉越的行动党领袖选前和选举期间在各大场合，甚至在宣传视频，以及竞选宣言中白纸黑字承诺“一执政立刻承认统考文凭”。 “一旦希盟政府的表现被质疑，俞利文的标准答案似乎都是‘前朝的错’。不过，就算你怪罪前朝，也改变不了希盟没有兑现承认UEC诺言的事实。” “如果要追究国阵的错，那你也应该一并追究现任首相敦马哈迪，因为国阵于1973年组成并执政马来西亚45年以来，现任首相敦马哈迪领导当时的政府长达22年。” 为避免俞利文“选择性失忆”，许德婉善意为俞利文回顾马来西亚历史，即在1974至1978年间，被希盟奉为救国英雄的敦马哈迪担任马来西亚教育部长一职。除了马哈迪，现在和行动党坐在同一条船上的公正党主席拿督斯里安华及土团党总裁兼现任内政部长丹斯里慕尤丁也分别在1986年至1991年及2009年至2015年担任马来西亚的教育部长，若国阵有负于人民，那这些领袖也要负连带责任。

砂地方政府及房屋部长拿督沈桂贤于日前分发石角区州议员拨款予石角区5所中小学。 受惠的学校分别是石角政府中学、史打博政府小学、尖山中华公学、答邦中华公学及石角民立中学。在石角区有各种源流学校，包括华小、政府学校及独中。 沈桂贤表示，他在前往各个学校分发拨款的过程中，可亲自了解每所学校面对的问题，以及观察学校工程计划的进展。他很高兴史打博政府小学在54创校年后终于拥有一座礼堂，尤其是学生在集会时，不再太阳底下曝晒。他感谢该校家教协会与他密切配合，让礼堂工程顺利完成。 他也对尖山中华公学重建委员会的效率感到赞赏，该委员会在短短时间内落实篮球场及跑道工程。他有信心，该校的3层楼新校舍工程将很快落实。在过去3年内，该校委员会成果对学校带来巨大改进，值得赞扬。
