Pending service counter set up
SUPP Pending to set up service counter at Kenyalang Market on 23rd Feb (Saturday), starting from 8am to 11am, to assist public to apply & up-date Bantuan Saraan Hidup (BSH) information.
Public are advised to bring their own and spouse’s identity card (I.C), children’s identity card and birth certificate, marriage certificate and bank account information, the crew will assist to fill in the form for application or up-date. Applicants from single parent families are advised to provide related information such as divorce certificate or death certificate, to avoid their application being rejected by LHDN.
The service team will also set up service counter at Sungai Apong and Bintawa Market for the coming week. Public may also visit SUPP Pending office during working hour Monday to Friday (8am-12pm,2pm-4.30pm). Office address: Lot 7159, Supreme Garden, Upper Chawan Road, Kuching.
