Miri petroleum Museum opens, says Sebastian Ting

Miri Petroleum Museum will be opened to public starting September 15, 2020, said Assistant Minister for Tourism, Arts and Culture, Datuk Sebastian Ting.  He said they have engaged a contractor for the air conditioning system. According to the contractor the New Air conditioning system has been tested for the past 1 month. Lo Khere Chiang distributes UNIFOR grants

UNIFOR grants were distributed to 9 houses of worship and religious organisations in Batu Kitang. The 9 houses of worship and religious organisations in the Batu Kitang state constituency have received grants totalling RM475,000.  Unifor is the brainchild of former chief minister the late Pehin Sri Adenan Satem. 美里石油博物馆重新开放

砂旅游、艺术及文化部助理部长拿督陈超耀宣布,美里石油博物馆重新开放给公众及游客。 他说该博物馆的冷气系统已获提升美里石油博物馆明日起重新开放  ,唯室内的展览品部分空间将陆续被提升。 陈超耀前往博物馆进行视察时表示,斥资110万令吉安装全新冷气系统的美里石油科学博物馆在8月初完工,新冷气系统已经过一个月测试,确保运作正常后,才宣布关闭多时的博物馆明日起重新对外开放。 他也说,该博物馆也透过石油博物馆之友的配合,提升博物馆内的资料及设施。
