SPCB Wilfred Yap helps RPR Taman Cahaya Moyan solve the stinking stench. SUPP Public Complaints Bureau (SPCB) Chief, Wilfred Yap was recently approached by the residents of Block 2, 7 and 9 of RPR Taman Cahaya Moyan, Batu Kawa who complained to him on the overflowing main septic tanks. Following the complaint received, Wilfred Yap together with an Officer from Majlis Perbandaran Padawan (MPP) immediately met up with the residents and went to inspect and assess the situation and also to see what can be done to resolve the problem.Read More
