砂人联党协助居民兴建新家园
砂人联党中央秘书长兼卑尔骚支部主席拿督陈超耀律师，日前连同中央宣教秘书俞小珊到访Tudan Desaras，了解从莫里干甘榜Kampung Merikan搬迁至该区的62户家庭的情况。 令人感到欣慰的是，大多数家庭都已经开始清芭，准备兴建新家。 陈超耀发现，一些家庭获得分配的土地是低洼地区，对此，他马上联络水利灌溉局，要求兴建沟渠，以便居民们能展开新家工程。 他保证，砂人联党会继续关注这些家庭的需求。
陈超耀：党认真研究新选区
砂拉越人民联合党中央秘书长拿督陈超耀律师表示，党中央将会认真研究选举委员会建议划分的11个新选区。 他说，选举委员会于周一展示新选区详情后，各界才知道所有11个新选区的真实地点及名称。砂人联党将会深入分析各个新选区，包括召开会议讨论，之后将党的建议提呈给选举委员会。 他表示，砂人联党也会全面探讨砂州所有82个州议席，尤其是从原有选区划分出的新选区。 “从表面看来，城市选区的代表性将减少，若是如此，这将会让人感到失望。不过，我们还必须要深入研究。”
Flood aid for Baram
SUPP Kuching has send out the second container of food, clothing and other items to help the flood victims in Baram. Central Woman Advisor, Amy Tnay has been going around to collect the items to be donated to the flood victims for the past one week. SUPP Disaster Relief Fund
Sarawak United Peoples’ Party Secretary General, Dato’ Sebastian Ting said the party would be collecting cash, food and clothing to help out those affected most by the flood tragedy in West Malaysia.
