砂副总理兼砂人联党主席拿督阿玛沈桂贤表示,在砂人联党走过的66年中,许多曾自称为“为了砂拉越而奋斗”的政党早已消失或被取代,唯独人联党仍坚守“砂拉越优先”的共同理想,持续活跃于主流政治轨道上。 “在这66年里,有些政党后来成立却已消失解散。砂人联党斗争至今,这绝非易事,所以,我要祝贺党员。感谢党员在各地举办党庆活动,从甘榜到城市,从诗巫到美里,党员共同缔造盛大场面。” 沈桂贤今日出席砂人联党第66届党庆升旗礼,在致词时说,砂人联党的存在不仅象征砂第一个政党、也是第一个多元种族政党的历史意义。更重要是至今仍不忘初心,持续捍卫创党先贤1959年提出的“砂拉越优先”使命。 “我们再次重申承诺,以砂拉越优先。感谢党员一直以来坚持与努力,让我们继续携手化为现实。” 他回顾党一路走来艰辛历程,尤其自2021年,1963年大马建国契约(MA63)被纳入联邦宪法后,砂奋斗方向更明确,目标是争取卫生自主、教育自主等应有权利。 “砂人联党66年旅程有高潮有低谷、有分歧也有挑战,但党员始终忠于政党。正是这份忠诚,使我们得以延续至今。” 沈桂贤强调,砂人联党之所以能历久不衰,是因为始终与时俱进、适应时代变化、紧贴主流政治。 他称,砂人联党与砂土保党自1970年合作至今已逾半世纪,证明双方彼此信任、忠诚并共患难。 “1987年砂土保党面对危机,2014年人联党遭遇党注册的挑战,彼此都选择互相扶持。正如所言,这段关系就像婚姻,一方受难,另一方扶持。” 他引述已故砂前首长阿德南当年曾强调“即使经历艰难,我们也要团结在一起”,这种精神让人联党至今仍保持团结。 “我们不再是区域性政党,党员涵盖各阶层,包括小贩、劳工、专业人士,不论是B40、M40或T20群体,我们都团结一致。” 在谈及砂发展策略时,沈桂贤说,2018年起砂人联党与砂土保党、砂人民党及民进党组成砂盟,由砂领导人阿邦佐哈里领导,目标是争取财政与政治独立。 “我们不是为了既得利益,而是为了砂。我们希望以‘砂拉越优先’为国家建设的起点。”

针对砂行动党频频以“监督”、“制衡”为借口,误导人民情绪、抹黑砂拉越政府政策方向,人联党中央宣教秘书处今日发表文告,严正指出砂行动党的行为与“白蚁”无异,表面冠冕堂皇,实则持续在侵蚀砂拉越来之不易的政治稳定与发展根基。 文告指出,马来亚半岛和沙巴的政治局势动荡,正是源于一味鼓吹“监督制衡”的政治口号却缺乏务实治理能力。如今砂拉越正是靠着稳定政局和一连串建设型政策逐步发展和索回主权,而砂行动党却不断用煽动性言论企图动摇民心。 “所谓的监督,如果失去了理性、基于情绪、以攻击和误导为出发点,那就不再是民主建设,而是白蚁式的破坏。白蚁不是一下子毁掉整栋房子,而是日复一日偷偷地啃蚀根基,直到整个结构倒塌;而砂行动党的政治行为,正是如此。” 砂行动党不断捏造课题制造对立,质疑、否定一切,把一切砂政府努力归为无效,同时试图掩盖自己无能的事实。这种长期、无差别、没有建设目标的攻击,实际上是在耗损人民对砂政府的信任、拖慢砂拉越的前进脚步。因此,砂行动党其实并不是什么反对党,目前来说其实更像“破坏党”。 体制内实干 VS 体制外喊话 今天砂拉越所享受的政局稳定,让政治领袖能够坐下来解决问题、把时间精力花在制定政策、建设发展上。人联党身为砂盟的重要成员之一,一直积极参与政策制定与执行。砂拉越不需要事后出来批评的“白蚁”,而是在政策制定之前就确保方向正确、符合砂民最大利益。 砂行动党说人联党不敢反驳政策,是完全误导人民对体制内运作机制的认知。事实上,人联党不需要像砂行动党那样高声喧哗、博取眼球,而是实实在在在政策设计阶段就把好关,确保政府方向务实可行。 简单来说人联党在体制内实干 ,砂行动党却在体制外喊话。人联党与砂行动党的本质差异是:人联党深耕体制,是人民在政策制定中的守护者;而砂行动党则是一再陷入“讲就天下无敌,做事无能为力”的尴尬立场,无法兑现选民期望。 “2018年希盟执政时,砂行动党主席贵为联邦副部长,选前承诺的砂拉越利益,到最后有哪一项兑现?结果不是通通都打水漂,不了了之了吗?现在却把砂盟成功争取到的主权归功于他们,这种‘邀功文化’更是真正体现了什么叫厚颜无耻。” 行动党误导民意,砂民不可不防 砂行动党如今使用的语言和策略与他们惯用的政治操作如出一辙,不断制造对政府的仇恨情绪,试图引导人民产生“政府不可相信”的印象,从而动摇砂拉越当前稳定的发展轨迹为他们的政治利益铺路。 砂拉越已走在正确的轨道,过去几年所推动的惠民政策与发展蓝图如即将推行的免费大学与建设国际学校教育、推动绿色能源、新经济产业、设立本地航空公司、发展港口、桥梁及道路拉近城乡距离、廉价屋建设、各项教育与生活援助等等均为了全方位迈向PCDS2030目标,建设成为高收入区域,砂民如今更不应被情绪政治牵着走 这些都是砂政府脚踏实地、逐步落实的成果,不是空谈口号,更非喊喊“监督”“制衡”就能换来的实质进展。 监督不是政治秀,实干才是砂拉越的出路 “砂拉越已不是过去那个依赖中央的砂拉越,而是逐步站起来、走出自己路线的砂拉越。人联党乃至砂盟各成员党将继续在体制内深耕,实践实干路线,为人民争取最大权益。我们相信,时间将证明这一切的选择都是值得的。” 政治不是表演场,监督也不是煽动人民情绪的工具。砂拉越需要的,是务实、稳定、长期有战略眼光的领导团队,而不是不断制造情绪、破坏团结的“白蚁”。
