陳超耀：阿都卡林指联民党是砂盟一份子纯属个人意见
砂拉越人民联合党相信土保党副主席拿督阿都卡林指联民党是砂政党联盟（GPS）一份子的言论，纯属个人意见。 砂政党联盟自从接获社团注册局批准信函以来，未召开正式会议，因此没有讨论接纳新党加入事宜。 砂拉越人民联合党秘书长拿督陳超耀律师表示，砂政党联盟即将推展，4个创始成员党是土保党、人联党、人民党及民进党。4个政党应该专注于加强团结，面对来届砂选举的挑战。因此，彼此尊重及凝聚力是非常重要的，不应该自乱阵脚。 陳超耀表示，联民党自从成立以来，对人联党极不友善。若土保党或其他政党认为联民党对他们友善，那是他们的权力。 “人联党基层，尤其是中区的党员，都认为联民党对他们是不友善的。” 因此，若联民党对人联党不友善，该党对砂政党联盟也是不友善，因为人联党是砂政党联盟的创始成员党。 他强调，砂政党联盟更应该专注捍卫砂拉越权益，尤其是石油及天然气资源，提升砂拉越人民生会素质。

Minister for Local government and Housing, Datuk Dr Sim Kui Hian recently handed over the construction of housing funds to ten families to help them construct their houses which were razed to the ground last year. 砂拉越人民联合党对于首相敦马哈迪指政府无法承认独中统考文凭,必须顾虑马来人感受的言论深表关注。希望联盟在第14届全国大选的竞选宣言背道而驰。 马哈迪提出的2个理由才可承认统考,首先是要顾及国内巫裔族群的感受，以及政府必须确保国内各族财富分配差异缩小。 上述2个不成文理由,首相及希盟政府是不可能承认统考文凭的。 马哈迪在国阵时代曾经担任内阁3个重要职位，分别是1974年至1976年担任教育部长、1976年至1981年担任副首相及1981年至2003年担任首相。他若有意愿帮助华社实现承认统考文凭的愿望，他过去和现在,都可轻而易举做到的。 有鉴于此，只要马哈迪大权在握，统考文凭就不可能会获得承认。一般人存有这想法一点都不为过。 对华社而言，教育是非常重要的事，尤其是母语教育。实际上，大马的中文教育已获得世界广泛承认，堪称是中国及台湾以外，中文教育最好的国家。 我国华社企业及慈善家对国家发展的贡献亦不可被抹杀，他们经历重重困难及挑战，为国家经济和发展付出一份力盖。他们的贡献必须永远铭记，不能被遗忘。 每逢大选，统考文凭的课题一直都被行动党挑起，借此争取华社支持。行动党父子,林吉祥及林冠英总是大声喊话要政府承认统考文凭，但是直到2018年509过后，他们俩父子要政府承认统考的“狮子吼”变得寂寂无声，不看、不听也不再发言。 林冠英及教育部副部长张念群在第14届全国大选录制视频，口口声声向华社保证行动党及希盟会在执政30天内一咆承认统考文凭。但是马哈迪却表明承认统考必须考量巫裔族群的感受，他们为何不作出反驳？ 砂拉越人民，尤其是城市人民对砂行动党国会议员及领袖，在许多课题上选择沉默已深感不满。 在砂拉越，统考文凭不是大课题，砂首长拿督巴丁宜阿邦佐哈里多次强调,砂政府承认统考文凭，延续已故砂首长丕显斯里阿德南沙登的政策。阿德南沙登在任时，于2014年拨出300万予砂14间独中，作为办学经费，之后该拨款每年增加，去年阿邦佐哈里共移交700万令吉拨款。 砂拉越就是不一样，砂执政府一切都以砂拉越人民为优先。 砂人民希望砂行动党领袖能就马哈迪的言论作出回应 。在统考课题，他们包括林吉祥及林冠英,是否会对选民作出道歉？
沈桂贤：2019年是砂索回自主权关键一年
砂地方政府及房屋部长兼砂人联党主席拿督沈桂贤强调，2019年对砂拉越非常重要，砂政府会继续以砂拉越为主，砂拉越人民优先目标推动各项利民发展与福利工作。政府的目标是要取回失去的自主权，包括教育和医药领域。 他说，2018年国际发生许多事件和变化，包括美国与中国之间的贸易战，不少国家也发生各种不幸事故，而我们也见证马来西亚政权和平的移交。 “砂拉越议会已通过征收5%石油产品出口销售税，这肯定带来更多收入。此外，政府也落实资源共享，利用所征收费的5%收入，推动人民的福利。2019年开始，每位新生婴儿可获得1000令吉，这是开始，未来还有更多民众福利。” 沈桂贤在新年献词上表示，砂拉越需经济独立，希望联邦政府尽快落实回馈50%税务和20%石油开采税。 他指出，砂拉越政府也重视1963年马来西亚协议赋予砂拉越的自主权。为了砂拉越的将来，我们更急需尽快取回那些在1963年马来西亚协议下赋予砂拉越，但已被腐蚀的自主和自治权事项。 “我们欣慰，砂拉越政府对捍卫砂拉越的自主及自治权立场从未动摇，也不向任何不利砂拉越的政策低头与妥协。希望这项工作不要停滞在某个层面，希望新的2019年有所突破和取得更大进展。” 他说，砂拉越各族之间的和睦，是砂拉越全民最珍贵的资产，我们不能随意被任何人摧毁。砂拉越设立“其他宗教单位（UNIFOR）”，今年注入2千万令吉以发展各宗教用途，明年增至3千万，希望将来可争取到5千万令吉，这是其他州属所未有的。 另外，沈桂贤表示，西马一些极端分子的言行，让人感到担忧，砂人民须严防及杜绝他们这种破坏各种和谐的行为入侵砂拉越。他呼吁全体砂拉越人民，为了建设更好，更强大的砂拉越，全力支持砂政府所作出的各项努力。

砂拉越人民联合党美里卑尔骚区议员拿督陈超耀律师表示，时间如梭，犹如握在手里的沙子，来不及掌握就瞬间从指缝中流走。每个人越是长大，越是觉得时间的无情，往往来不及说再见，又是到了道别的时刻。 鉴于此，我们不应该感叹时间的无情，相反要更珍惜宝贵的时间，和它共同进退，唯有这样才能于时并进，过个精彩的人生。 “我们不要把年末当成是一年的结束，相反是一年的开始。为自己过去的一年做个总结，然后加以深思及反省。把未能完成的目标继续努力前进，把已完成的当做奖励和动力，然后期许更多新的开始和寄与希望。” 陈超耀在新年献词上表示，有句话说，“没有反省的人生不值得过，希望是缓解一切痛苦的良药。”相信这句话无论是对个人，社会团体和国家而言都非常有意义。 他强调，一年的结束让新的一年有所开始，而新的。一年为所有人们提供了除旧布新的正式机会，彷佛一张白纸，蕴含着无限的可能。 国家进步，社会繁荣的历程从来没有平坦的大道可走。然而“一天之际在于晨，一年之计在于春”。希望国家“案平政教，审节奏，砥砺百姓”。 他说，砂拉越的繁荣与进步是需要人民的支持和各族人民的和睦才能构建今天的和平稳定，因此，期许砂拉越有更美好的明天。一个和谐的社会才能促进国家各个方面的发展。砂拉越一直都建立在和谐的基础上，才是各族人民和睦共处。人民互相扶持和尊重，包括一起共庆各种节日，尊敬彼此的宗教信仰等。 他相信砂人民也为此而感到自豪和骄傲，因为这是独属砂拉越人的崇高文化和美德，是值得延续和维持的。 “因此，我们不允许外来的因素把它破坏。反之，砂拉越人民不能把这一切视为理所当然，因为随着各种局势的改变和有心人的破坏。尤其是在煽动种族之间的宗教问题上，希望砂人民能以正面的思考以对，千万不要危言耸听。” 陈超耀表示，尽管砂拉越各族人民相处和谐，但是不能因此自满，更必须把相互容忍、信任、尊重、了解和强化种族及宗教和谐视为支撑砂拉越的大责任和使命，为砂拉越的进步和为了共同努力。 “总结过去，展望未来！历史在时序更替中穿梭前行，梦想总在砥砺奋进中实现。一年的始末，可以改变很多事物和创造历史，期许新的一年砂拉越人民安居乐业，社会昌盛，还给犀鸟之乡一片乐土。” 告别2018年最后一天，让信任和相互谅解永远与砂拉越人民同在。祝砂拉越子民百尺竿头，新年进步！

砂人联党峇都吉当区州议员兼巴达旺市议会主席罗克强对行动党实旦宾国会议员张健仁声称使用自己的资金在联邦礼仪道路进行剪草工程感到惊讶。他表示，张健仁应该向他的“老大”，即财政部长林冠英争取拨款，而不是使用自己的钱。 他质疑张健仁此举的用意，究竟是证明什么？ 罗克强今日发表文告表示，人联党曾经向砂公共工程局询问剪草工程的拨款事宜，该局表示，联邦礼仪道路的剪草拨款是来自联邦政府，但联邦政府并没发出这笔拨款。 他说，张健仁一直批评他应该辞去巴达旺市议会主席，他为何要这么做？毕竟他向来真诚服务，不像张健仁那样一直误导民众。 他表示，相反地，张健仁应该辞去副部长的职位，因为他（张健仁）发出误导性言论，指砂公共工程局过度花费联邦政府的拨款。 他质问张健仁是否有站在砂拉越立场？为何过去以来他一直维护马来亚，帮助马来亚解释所有课题，包括在联邦礼仪道路剪草课题上，指责砂拉越当局。他认为，张健仁是时候站在砂拉越的立场，维护1963年大马建国契约赋予砂拉越的权益，就如砂希盟竞选宣言所承诺的那样。 罗克强指出，巴达旺市议会每年征收的税收数额大约是2200万令吉，当中需要应付450名市议会职员的薪金、巴达旺辖区内的剪草工作、清理道路及沟渠等等。为什么需要动用砂拉越纳税人的钱，进行联邦礼仪道路的剪草工作？毕竟这向来是联邦政府的责任。 他说，张健仁难道不知道砂拉越每年有至少150亿令吉的石油收入被马来亚取走，他竟然还大言不惭，要砂拉越人承担联邦政府负责道路的剪草工作。 “即使是过去联邦政府提供的8亿2000万令吉拨款，也仅仅足够应付联邦道路的管理及维修需求，不能充作其他用途。” 他希望张健仁不要再误导民众，指联邦道路的管理及维修也是市议会的责任。
石角服务中心通知居民发展项目
2018年即将结束，石角地区明年会有更多发展计划进行。 为了方便民众了解，特别是涉及到工程进行的住宅区住户，有事前了解和准备，人联党石角服务中心近日到工程即将展开的地区挨家住户分发通知书。 通过书内容包括工程项目、施工日期等，确保民众能在施工期间配合，甚至协助监督。 石角选区明年的发展项目包罗万象，包括路灯的安装、道路提升和沟渠的提升等，有些计划已获得批准，有些则进入投标阶段。 沈桂贤成为石角区议员后，积极推动各项发展计划，以惠及民众。尽管如此，发展的步伐将不会间断，2019年会有更多发展计划与项目。 但是基于管辖范围广泛，不能时刻有效监督每个地区角落，因此民众有任何问题、需求或帮助，都可以寻求石角服务中心的协助。当然，民众也需了解，不是每项发展计划今天提呈明天就可推行与落实，它是有一定的程序，希望民众可以了解。

钱本统：刘贤镇的离去是砂拉越一大损失

沈桂贤：砂政府并非不欢迎禁烟措施
砂地方政府及房屋部长拿督沈桂贤强调，砂拉越并非反对禁止抽烟的措施，而是基于砂拉越有自己的条例，联邦政府卫生部欲在砂拉越实行禁烟措施之前，须获得砂政府批准。 他今日发表文告表示，砂政府拥有权力决定是否接纳卫生部的禁烟措施，这是不容质疑的，就像砂政府拥有移民自主权一样。 “一些错误的陈述，让人们误以为砂政府不欢迎禁烟措施，这是让人深感失望的。” 沈桂贤强调，抽烟对人体有害，不仅抽烟者，连没抽烟的人也会被影响，尤其是二手烟。因此，联邦政府应该对烟草产品采取更多相应措施，而不是单单颁布禁烟令而已。 他说，砂拉越会有自己的禁烟措施，这措施是在考量本身的情况，以及根据砂拉越现有的地方条例执行。 “作为心脏专科医生，我向来没有抽烟习惯，以后也是如此。” 他表示，作为砂拉越人，他必须捍卫1963年大马建国契约赋予砂拉越的特别权益。
