SUPP Public Complaints Bureau
SUPP Public Complaints Bureau was recently approached by the residents of My Residence, Kong Phin Road, Off Jalan Datuk Stephen Yong, Batu Kawa, Kuching who complained of speeding vehicles which posed a grave danger to the residents and other road users. They also informed that on most evenings, there are cyclists, joggers and strollers using the road leading to their housing estate. As such, they had requested for speed bumps to be constructed as a safety precaution to prevent people from speeding in the neighbourhood.
The problem has now been solved by MPP (Majlis Perbandaran Padawan) road maintenance division who have since constructed five speed bumps along the various sections of the road affected.
