SPCB helping out in Hill View Park
SUPP Public Complaints Bureau (SPCB) was recently approached by a Madam Tan residing at Hill View Park Phase 5, Jalan Muara Tuang. She informed that about seven months ago there was a landslide by the side of her house which damaged her car porch and which caused the fence of her house to collapse.
Madam Tan was advised to vacate her house pending the construction of a retaining wall by the side of her house to prevent further landslide and sinking. Till to date, she has not been able to move back as the retaining wall have not been properly constructed. Madam Tan also complained about the rubbish collection service in her area and requested SPCB for help to request the local authority for more regular collection.
After seeing and making a preliminary assessment of the situation on the ground, SPCB promised to bring up and highlight the predicament to the relevant authority concerned.
