Dato Sebastian on donations for flood victims
Yesterday, a group of young volunteers led by Zamri from Kuching and SUPP Miri (Piasau) committee led by Karambir (Secretary of the Branch) Chia Kah Furng and staff, helped to repack items generously donated by the public for onward transmission to fellow Sarawakians flood victims in Baram.
On Behalf of SUPP and our Sarawakians who are flood victims in Baram, we would like to record our Greatest Appreciation to all who had donated in whatever form, for their kind and warm hearts and thoughts.
We still need more. For those who have not looked at your store rooms, please spare an hour of your time and let us have those items which have been in there for years and most unlikely to be used.
These items are very much needed and will be put to maximum use for our fellow Sarawakians up in Baram.
