More support for Tnay
SUPP Central woman chief, Tnay Li Ping who after garnering support from most woman sections in Kuching sub-urban areas, won more support from the northern region.
Yesterday, Limbang and Lawas woman sections threw their support behind her, asking Tnay to lead the Central Woman Chief again.
The two branches jointly issued a statement stating that after the last Triennial Delegates conference, Tnay who took over as party’s Central Women Section Chairman, despite the party being at its rock bottom with internal conflicts which dragged on for three years.
The statement added that it was a difficult time indeed but Amy Tnay shouldered the heavy responsibilities of leading the Central Women Section, to push forward party affairs and various social and political tasks.
Therefore, SUPP Women Sections from Limbang and Lawas Branch wished to declare their support for Amy Tnay to continue to lead the Central Women Section so that the women members can continue to contribute to the party and society.
Judging from Amy Tnay’s abilities and capabilities, SUPP Limbang and Lawas Women Sections are confident that she can bring into place a series of reformation plans and lead the Women Section to a greater height, since she has laid a solid foundation during her tenure.
