Amy Tnay – support from Serian branch

Disputes surrounding the Sarawak United People’s party (SUPP) Kuching Branch Women Section’s election has caught the attention of a few women sections throughout the state and subsequently received the attention of the Tupong Branch, Serian Branch Women Section which clarified that the party’s Central Women Chairman Amy Tnay can rely on their full support to appeal her case to the Central Election Committee.

Apart from that, the Serian Branch Women Section also back Amy Tnay to defend her post as Central Women Section Chairman in the next month’s party election, in order to strengthen the structure of women sections and eventually the whole party.

Serian Branch Women also highly commends the Central Women Section in their remarkable achievements in social welfare work where a large number of the less fortunate but deserving individuals and families have benefited. Not only is this the result of the good working relationship between women members, Amy Tnay’s active and effective leadership is also one of the contributing factors.

As such, the SUPP Serian Branch Women Section has given their assurance that they stay behind Amy Tnay’s and fully support her intention to appeal her case.
