JKR will implement a project of an access road to be constructed at Batu 10 Methodist Kindergarten and Siong Tau Methodist Church after they had acquire an acquisition of a piece of state land near the area.
State Assemblyman for Batu Kitang, Dato IR Lo Khere Chiang said one of the requirements to meet the acquisition is to ensure a road is constructed there.
Lo went with JKR and MPP staff to the kindergarten and met with the school management.
He said a map has been drawn to show the management the access road.
JKR, he said will select a contractor to start work soon. With the new land acquired, he said the church intended to build a car park and widen the kindergarten.
The implementation of the project is under the Rural Transformation project costing RM 200,000.
