Dr. Sim hands over financial grant
Batu Kawah assemblyman Dato Sri Dr Sim Kui Hian hand over financial grant, thermoscanner, sanitizer and facemasks to assist primary schools in N14 ADUN in preparation for next Monday (Aug,17) school reopening under RMCO.
Sim, together with new assistant director of SJKC Sarawak Li Han Boon, Temenggong Tan Joo Phooi, SUPP Segobang sub- branch chairman Lim Ah Ted, and kapitan Voon Shwu Phin passed the items to the schools’ management yesterday.
Those beneficial schools are : SK Rantau Panjang, SJK Chung Hua Rantau Panjang, SJK Chung Hua Sg Tapang Ulu, SRB Sungai Moyan, SJK Chung Hua Syn San Tu, SJK Chung Hua Kim Choo Seng, SJK Chung Hua Sejijak, SJK Chung Hua Batu Kawa, SK Stapok, SJK Chung Hua Stapok, SJK Chung Hua Sg Tapang Kuching, SK RPR Batu Kawa.
In midst of the delayed school’s reopening due to Covid-19 pandemic, all school has prepared themselves to have all new SOP in place and ready for next Monday’s reopening. Thermoscanner handed over from Dr Sim will ensure the smooth process and avoid crowding situation when performing thermo check on each students.
Sim said that he will assess the schools’ reopening situation from time to time and doing adjustment if necessary.
