PR1MA Pending, located at the Bintawa riverine area, has beautiful scenery and features a very comfortable home and community environment.

To assist the public for better understanding of the PR1MA Pending housing development and application, SUPP Pending with co-operation from Perbadanan PR1MA Malaysia, is going to organize a “Registration Day” and briefing on the coming Saturday and Sunday at Dewan Sa’ati, SUPP HQ, Jalan Tan Sri Ong Kee Hui. The program started from 12.30pm to 5.30pm (briefing on 1pm) on Saturday (25/2) and 10am to 3pm (briefing on11pm) on Sunday (26/2).

Beside registration and application, public also can acquire loan eligibility assessment through Bank Negara. PR1MA officer will also assist public in any application and purchase inquires.

Interested public are urged to bring along their original Identification Card (I.C), pay slips, and bank statement (Latest 3-4 month).

The PR1MA housing is open to Malaysian citizen, single or married with age of 21 years old and above, individual or combined household income in between of RM2,500 to RM15,000 per month.
