Hari Raya message from SUPP
*SUPP wishes “Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri” to all Muslims*
On behalf of Sarawak United Peoples’ Party (SUPP), we would like to wish a joyous “Hari Raya Aidilfitri” to all Muslims in Malaysia, in particular, and wishing everyone peace and our continuing spirit of togetherness in Sarawak. This is a joyous celebration for Muslims, after a month of fasting and meaningful deeds.
Hari Raya Aidilfitri is a celebration of forgiveness, reconciliation and rekindling of friendship for the community, as bonds of friendship, family and community are renewed through prayer, traditional open house and reunion meals.
We shall not forget of helping the poor. This includes providing duit raya and food to enable them to experience the joy of Hari Raya Aidilfitri. Please remember to keep your family safe while driving back to kampung or going around visiting loved ones or friends during this festive season.
Lastly, I wish all Muslims to enjoy the festivities and have a blessed Hari Raya Aidilfitri with your family, loved ones, friends and neighbours of all races and religions.
