SUPP Public Complaints Bureau (SPCB) was recently approached by a group of residents of Kampung Stutong Baru (Melayu) which is located at the BDC Resettlement Scheme. The National Security Council (NSC) Bill was recently passed in the House of Representatives and it is now making its way through the Senate. SUPP is in full concurrence with the Senate President’s statement, Tan Sri Abu Zahar Ujang that the decision should be left to the Senators to decide without duress. 人联党公共投诉局主任叶耀星日前接获八点地甘榜达实都东马来尤居民要求协助向土地测量局质询有关临时土地居住证的申请。 一名叫马力奇的居民代表其他居民要求人联公共投诉局主任叶耀星协助有关他们目前居住的土地临时入伙证。他告知叶耀星他们自1986年位于新渔村Tabuan Sampah,的故居火灾后就一直居住在这里。他们于1990年向土地测量局申请临时土地居住证(TOL)但直到到目前为止他们还没有收到任何答覆。 经调查后,土地测量局官员告知人联公共投诉局主任叶耀星有关马力奇的申请仍在等待总部批准。 基于土地测量局官员的回覆,人联公共投诉局主任叶耀星向土地测量局局长反映居民们的困境并协助他们的临时土地居住证申请。 此外,另一位八点地的居民也寻求人联党公共投诉局协助更新其位于2012年到期的临时土地居住证。人联党公共投诉局已协助该民事主更新其临时土地居住证至2018年。 人联公共投诉局已做好准备并尝试通过相关部门解决影响社区的公共议题。人联党公共投诉局已准备好为面对相关问题却不懂得如何处理的民众伸出援手。任何相关事宜可联系人联党公共投诉(016-7797688或082246999)或亲临人联党总部。
