SUPP Public Complaints Bureau (SPCB) was recently approached by a group of business operators of 4 ½ Mile, Penrissen Road who complained on a blocked outlet drain caused by the construction of new shop houses which has cut-off the existing drainage which passes through the new shop houses and further aggravated by overgrown weeds and accumulated rubbish at two main drain outlets in front of Boulevard Shopping Mall. 四哩半沟渠阻塞问题
