罗东甘榜玛丽甘62户非法木屋居民正式接获砂州政府颁发史纳汀德莎拉斯地段的通知信，为痴等土地建屋数十年的木屋区居民带来最特别的“圣诞”礼物。 土地与测量局今午在砂人联党美里(卑尔骚)支部的安排下，昨日中午在该村庄礼堂领取他们的通知信，并邀请州通讯与体育部助理部长拿督李景胜主持颁发，砂人联党中央秘书长拿督陈超耀律师亦在场。 州土地与测量局是在本月18日发出上述公函，并要求62户居民必须在2015年1月17日以前，回覆是否接受当局的献议。 据知，62户居民距离领取合法地契只差一小步，他们只要签署同意书，同时在限期内于获得分配的地段上兴建房子，即可获得州政府发出的地契。
