美里锦绣山庄休闲公园开始动工
砂旅游、艺术、文化部助理部长兼卑尔骚区议员拿督陈超耀律师指出，耗资15万令吉的锦绣山庄第1A巷迷你休闲公园工程开始动工。 是项工程是由卑尔骚区州议员拿督陈超耀通过其2021年乡区转型计划拨款建造。在住宅区绿色空间建成公园，以满足附近居民日常休闲及游憩活动需求。 位于锦绣山庄第1A巷的迷你休闲公园工程日前动工，建设工期为3个月，预料2021年12月6日完工。该工程项目包括全长466.31米的跑道，儿童游乐设备及户外健身器材。 陈超耀感谢居民对建设的支持与配合，同时也希望居民充分配合。目前该项目将进行清芭工作，接着工程将会如火如荼进行。前往项目移交的有本固鲁冯兆明、美里市议员刘奕杰、市议员陈立仁和其机要秘书谢家洪等人。

陈超耀：选委会须为18岁投票作准备
砂拉越人民联合党中央秘书长兼卑尔骚区议员拿督陈超耀律师指出，古晋高庭于9月3日裁决，联邦政府和选举委员会必须在今年底前实施18岁投票（Undi18）政策，把投票年龄从21岁下调至18岁。 “古晋高等法庭司法专员萧亚历山大批准5名19至20岁的砂拉越青年，分别是艾文亚历山大、薇薇安、黄蒂芬妮、钱瑞恩及莎丽花（人名皆译音），针对联邦政府推迟实施投票年龄从21岁降低至18岁决定之司法检讨的申请，并发布2项指示给联邦政府及选委会。” 他表示，古晋高等法庭司法专员萧亚历山大指示撤销联邦政府及选委会之前，将18岁投票政策推迟到2022年9月过后实施的决定，同时也指示政府及选委会采取一切必要步骤，以尽速落实和执行该措施，并在今年12月31日前执行。 他强调，砂拉越人民联合党密切关注此课题进展，站在民主及让青少年能够表达心声的立场，砂拉越人民联合党非常欢迎古晋高庭的决定。将投票年龄从21岁降低至18岁不仅符合当下世界趋势，也让青少年有机会发表自己的立场，行使本身的权力。 陈超耀说，国会在2018年朝野一致支持国赋予18岁大马人投票权与参选权的修正法案。除了把投票年龄从21岁降低至18岁之外，该法案也把参选和担任国会议员与州议员的合格年龄从21岁调低至18岁。这证明了我国无分朝野支持降低投票年龄的决心，符合国内青少年的立场。 砂拉越人民联合党希望18岁投票的政策能尽快执行，选举委员会须为此做好准备。既然古晋高庭已经作出此裁决，该会没有理由继续拖延，必须尊重判决及国会通过的修正案。

罗克强反驳小贩没获援助金指责

陈超耀移交其他宗教单位拨款
砂旅游、艺术及文化部助理部长兼卑尔骚区议员拿督陈超耀律师与团队前往美里4宗教场所移交砂首长署其他宗教单位（UNIFOR）拨款。 4宗教场所分别是美里锡克庙、美里省海龙寺罗汉三皇龙公、美里三清殿以及婆罗洲基督教会。 陈超耀表示，开明的砂政府设立砂首长署其他宗教单位以发展各宗教用途。砂其他宗教单位每年拨款5千万令吉，用于协助非伊斯兰团体和组织进行建设、维修和修复祈祷场所工程。 他说，国内只有砂拉越有此类拨款，砂拥有多元种族及宗教，各族和平共处，互相尊敬。他强调，砂拉越就是不一样，希望具有多元民族、多元宗教和各族人民和平共处的文化特色能够一直代代相传下去。

职场冠病疫情感染群，被列在社险机构（PERKESO）列为职业疾病（Occupational Disease）范畴，可向当局申请索赔。 砂首长署政治秘书程明智披露，社险劳工会员、自雇人士会员因职场感染冠病、确诊后被隔离治疗期间，或不幸病逝，可向社险机构索赔。 他受访时称，若是社险劳工会员不幸确诊，必须由雇主提出申请证明，包括在第一时间从当局（地方政府或卫生局）处获得有关员工需隔离治疗，雇主也需准备雇员在职场资料提呈。 “雇主为职场雇员的证明信，适宜用在职场工作雇员，以及在外做销售、送货雇员，必须列出工作范畴及地点等，只要是在工作范围感染，也都可索赔。” 身为志愿性坊间社险福利觉醒一员的程明智表明，如果是社险自雇人士会员不幸确诊，则是由相关者的至亲向社险当局申请索赔。 他举例，某些公司、工地、菜市场等爆发感染群、有关地点或地带，有被当局发出封锁或隔离令，有关感染群的社险会员，就有资格提出申请，当中也包括冠病感染的死亡案例。 据他向社险机构当局了解，是已不少宗冠病职场感染群的会员索赔案例，均获得当局的处理。 对此，他赞扬社险当局为会员提供保护网，并作出效率的服务。 另外，程明智也鼓励受社险当局允许投保的自雇人士领域，应积极响应投保社险，以享有社险提供的保障，所有的社险劳工会员、自雇人士会员，都应了解受保权益，非常重要。

The Sarawak Government announced in June its “Bantuan Khas Sayang Sarawak” (BKSS) 6.0 for petty traders. However, there are still many hawkers who have not received the assistance until August. 陈超耀欢迎从南砂跨县须检测的措施
