程明智：砂索自主权绝非空喊口号
砂人联党青年总团团长程明智强调，砂拉越要正名1963年大马契约（MA63）建国夥伴地位，并进一步向联邦索取之前遭剥夺的一些砂自主权，绝对不仅是口号，而是砂盟政府的目标，砂人民应给予全力支持。 他内心澎湃地指出，砂拉越曾是一个独立的国家，是以平等夥伴关系，同马来亚、沙巴，以及新加坡共组马来西亚建国（惟新加坡于1965年退出），砂拉越在MA63里，是享有着特殊地位，不是一个州属！ 他表示，人联党青年总团欢迎来自砂拉越的首相署（国会与法律事务）部长拿督斯里旺朱乃迪已表明，恢复砂拉越及沙巴与马来亚半岛建国伙伴地位的MA63宪法修正案，将会在本届国会提呈二读，寻求修正联邦宪法第1（2）条文。 程明智今日展示早年统治砂拉越的白色拉惹政府发出的“砂拉越国护照”表明，这将有利于砂盟政府再向联邦索讨之前遭剥夺的那些砂自主权，就像砂拉越移民自主，属于砂拉越拥有绝对权力。 他吁请砂人民不要忘记，马来亚的一些政党领袖，有不满砂拉越保留移民自主权，特别是砂政府每当在阻止马来亚或外州的种族极端主义、宗教极端份子进入砂拉越，就特别有这种极度不满之声。 他所展示的砂老政府白色拉惹时代的“砂拉越国护照”，就是要还原历史，早年砂拉越国护照，虽然只是一张纸张，但很有历史价值，是砂拉越无比珍贵的文物。 “志期为1932年9月1日，是他的一名友人的先辈亲戚，当年由中国的海南省入境砂拉越首都古晋，被友人所珍藏着。” 程明智强调，砂拉越在MA63中，原是享有更多的权利，惟遗憾当中一些的权力，之前遭到联邦所剥夺。 他表明，以砂首长拿督巴丁宜阿邦佐哈里领导的执政砂拉越的砂政盟，正全力向希盟联邦政府索回，有赖砂人民作强有力后盾。
砂人联党：砂盟已重申支持年轻人投票权
砂人联党质问砂行动党主席张健仁，他是否自认为在年满18岁者无法投票的情形下，砂行动党在这次砂拉越选举将难有作为吗？否则，他为何要阻挡砂拉越举行选举？ 18岁投票是新的选举法令，砂政盟已一再重申支持年轻人的选举权，何来害怕18岁投票的政策。问题是，砂拉越议员任期早在今年六月底已届满，为履行还政于民的民主精神，砂拉越结束紧急状态解散议会举行选举，这是天公地道的。 张健仁故意扭曲事实，说成砂首席部长阿邦佐害怕18岁投票，要赶在今年底之前举行砂拉越选举，还拿疫情来说三道四，这完全是有意误导人民，转移焦点，并且是自得了心里害怕选举的恐惧症。 明显的，张健仁的论点是不合逻辑和站不住脚的。谁说年满18岁投票者就一定是投反对票？难道他不知道台湾选举时，年轻族群是绝大多数投票支持执政党。 砂人联党砂选举党中央行动委员会秘书处今日文告指出，反对党人口口声声为了疫情反对举行砂拉越选举，真正的原因是他们害怕选举，因为州议会一旦解散，他们就不再是YB了，必须重新寻求人民的委托，才有机会做回YB，而万一在选举中输了，就打回平民的原形了。 所以，说砂首长害怕年满18岁选民投票，倒不如说是他们更害怕当下举行选举。 目前，砂拉越议员任期已超过五年，州议员亦已暂停开议，这不符合还政于民的精神。但原任议员借着紧急状态的颁布，每月不用做事仍继续领干薪，由人民的纳税钱来埋单，这对人民是否公平。 不让砂拉越举行选举，这只是反对党意图制造舆论和捞取选票的伎俩，没话找话说，刷存在感而已。人民务必看清这些反对党人的存心不良，揭穿他们的真面目。

加拿大山公厕工程料今年杪完工
砂旅游、艺术及文化部助理部长拿督陈超耀通过乡区转型计划拨款20万令吉的加拿大山公共厕所工程，基于遭遇技术问题及雨季影响，因此将延迟至今年杪竣工。 这项于9月13日开始动工如火如荼展开的工程，原订预计在12月13日竣工，初步预料工程将延期2个星期，并且赶在今年杪全面完工。 陈超耀表示，他在上述地点为爬山友等人争取兴建这座公共厕所，目的是希望方便他们使用，包括换衣、洗澡等，同时也是兑现给予他们的一个承诺。 “这座公共厕所设施是包括建设2间男厕、2间女厕、男女残疾人厕所各1间及男女沐浴室各1间。” 他指出，他于今早与团队们展开巡视工作，目的是希望确保工程能够顺利完成，尽快为一群热爱登山的爬山友及民众等提供一个上厕所的地方。 陈超耀是在本固鲁冯兆明、砂人联党卑尔骚支部组织秘书兼市议员梁振林、砂人联党卑尔骚支部青年团培训秘书兼美里市议员刘奕杰、砂人联党卑尔骚支部青年团宣教秘书谢家洪、市政局工程师、承包商、爬山友等人巡视工程进展。

陈超耀巡视美里人造湖公园
砂旅游、艺术、文化部助理部长兼卑尔骚区议员拿督陈超耀律师巡视美里人造湖公园修建运动跑道与改善休闲运动设施工程。 耗资40万令吉的人造湖公园扩建工程招标工作将在下个月进行，一旦完成了招标工作，这项扩建工程或将在今年12月动工。在扩建工程计划中，将会修建约670米长的行人跑道，同时也会安装照亮灯和进行园艺种植。 另外，陈超耀建议美里市政局将美里人造湖公园的儿童游乐场破损的胶垫地面全部更新。据了解，要更换人造湖公园儿童游乐场的朔胶地面费用将会增加，估计需要约6万8千令吉的费用。 考虑儿童安全方面的事宜，陈超耀也建议承包商把儿童游乐场内的洋灰椅子移走，确保孩子们游玩的地方安全，因为坚硬的椅子会对他们的安全构成威胁。 为改善现有的休闲环境及设备，美里人造湖公园在市政局及陈超耀的协助下，获得扩充及维修。目前该公园的儿童游乐场修建工程，以及人造湖行人道扩建与户外健身设施修建等多项工程已在进行中。

陈超耀了解美里肢体残疾人士协会需求

陈超耀：石油巨头迁至美里带旺经济
大马两大石油巨头即国油公司与蚬壳公司将在明年完成调派超过2000名管理层与职员迁往美里，相信这波职员大调动，在开辟大量新就业机会的同时，也将带旺美里经济体系尤其房地产业。 砂旅游、艺术及文化部助理部长拿督陈超耀律师披露，除了两大石油巨头企业迁往美里办公喜讯，砂石油公司（Petros）也听闻有计划在美里增派人手以扩充版图，并物色合适的办公楼安顿逾百名职员。 陈超耀从消息得知两大石油巨头公司在今年已开始陆续调派1500（蚬壳公司）及500人（国油公司）迁往美里办公，预估在明年初完成迁移事宜。 “蚬壳公司配合全球企业重组计划，将会关闭沙巴亚庇及吉隆坡的办事处，已经确认美里将是该公司上游部总部办公室，但确实的美里总部办公室地点则还未圈定。” 他披露，除了蚬壳公司大规模调动千余名旗下员工迁往美里办公，国油公司也从民都鲁分行调派超过500人迁往美里，当中绝大多数都是被喻为福利好高薪阶层的管理高层人士。 “我相信这批人员调往美里后不仅有助于带动美里周边经济发展，甚至与石油公司有业务往来的承包商都会考虑将公司转移到美里，这间接将为美里人开辟更多就业机会。” 他指出，于4月1日走马上任大马蚬壳主席兼董事经理陈文杰不仅是砂拉越与美里之光，也是首位出任该重职的美里人，让美里人与有荣焉。 亦是卑尔骚区州议员的陈超耀提及，冠病疫情重创百业，但油棕种植业却逆流而起，尤其是油棕果的收购价更在过去两年飙涨约400％，从2019年初每吨逾200令吉飙高至如今逾960令吉，直逼1000令吉大关。 “美里的经济起飞与石油及油棕业蓬勃发展密不可分，所以可以窥探明年的经济将会迎来更好的希望，我希望民众不要灰心，再艰难的近两年疫情生涯我们已经渡过了，并寄望汶莱边界尽快开放，那经济复苏已在不远处了。” 他了解，经济领域没有恢复，人民生活就无法好转，所以砂政府在落实系列惠民政策的同时，如何在疫情与经济间寻求平衡也很重要，毕竟抗疫重要，但人民温饱的课题也不能被忽略。 陈超耀说，许多毕业生感叹“毕业等同失业”，不过他相信随着3大石油巨头将美里设为主要办事处后，能带动经济发展，并滚动更多就业机会。 他表示，蚬壳公司与国油公司进驻美里将会促进本地两大转机，即就业机会转机与经济转机，这无疑让冠病疫情重创的美里经济体系看到复苏的更大希望。
